I ordered a Madison Jacket yesterday at 12.45am and it came literally 5 minutes ago. That is impressive

I bought a Skateboard this morning from this shop at an excellent price.
I was pleased with the friendly help from the sales assistant.

This is a good bike shop with a large range of products on show. A far cry from these bogus bike shop /Cafe outlets which are springing up all over the place.. I needed a replacement bottom bracket and tried 3 shops who quoted me in excess of £60 to supply and fit. Discount Bikes did it on the spot for £40. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also the manager made me a cup of tea while I waited for free. Very Impressive service.

I bought a bike from eBay that came reassembled with no parts or instructions. The staff here were very helpful when I called and assembled the bike for me in just a couple of hours without any booking. A good price and great friendly service

The item i orderd was out of stock and this was stated on their website however, they don't send automatic order confirmation emails and there was no communication as to what was happening with my order.

Bad points:
* No order confirmation email.
* No communication to tell me what was happening with my order.
* No response when sending email to their customer service.

Good points:
* You will get what you have paid for.

I had trouble finding some sealing parts for my forks. Discount bikes had them in stock and posted the kit out. I got them in less than 48 hours. V good service.

I just had my bicycle serviced. They did a good shop and were very polite.

I purchased an electric bicycle horn yesterday morning and took delivery of it 5 minutes ago by 1st class mail. This was really fast and a great product.

It may not be a scam but they're certainly a SHAM.
I run my own business, if I ran it like these fools I'd have been out of business within months.
Dare you purchase from then be seriously warned they will initially save you money on a purchase but cost you more in time, effort and frustration than you've likely know to a like purchase. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

I can only say you must read other reviews. I purchased a bike for my 5yr old daughter which took over a month to arrive, missed the special day (if a parent you'll know how important that is). And after countless emails, calls being ignored, when they do reply it's rude and dismissive. To actually getting a bike unlike that pictured and paid for of sub standard quality. As others say, 1 star is too many!

Unbelievably poor customer service like I've never had before.
I can't express my utter discontent and disregard for such a thoroughly bad level of overall service.
BE WARNED, AVOID THIS SELLER!!!

I can't understand how this company operates under such poor management. They'll happily take hard earnt money without a care when you get your purchase, and then ignor, lie and abuse if you question what's going on....horrible and unprofessional

Didn't even receive email to confirm dispatch for 3 weeks, my son was so upset. Never again.

After 10 days I had to chase my order only to be told they had no stock and wouldn't be getting any. Another 10 days on and I still have no refund despite being told I would get it in 4.

Emailed twice, then called, then emailed again and no one has gotten back to me.
Totally unprofessional.

I went in to the store to get a spoke replaced on my bike, and the staff noticed the wheel missing a spoke needed truing as well. This was all completed in a short time, for a good price, and then I picked up the bike. Thanks again

This is not Argos! These guys offer good advice based on years of experience. They helped us get exactly the right bike for our 6 year old son and had it shipped to us direct.

If cannot speak for the shop, but it surprises me that it gets good ratings from so many people... as the online store is woeful! Actually, the price is good (hence the reason I bought my daughter's bike from there in the first place), but the customer service is dreadful. To cut a very long story short, I received my order 1 month after payment left my account! There is no excuse for poor communication in this day and age, is there? If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be TERRIBLE! To coin other reviews, 'avoid at all costs' and 'one star is too many'.
