Have bought 5 cars over the last few years, the latest being a new Kia Sportage. Used my card and got just over £7000 discount. Saved well over £20,000 in the last 6 or 7 years. Unbelievable savings. Also used for clothes, shoes and groceries

Had trouble viewing a gift card I had bought. Got in touch and Tracy had it fixed in no time. Wasn't the app, it was my internet cookies/cache etc 👌🏻

I had an issue logging into my account. After pulling what's left of my hair out I emailed the customer services. Reece came back to me with a variety of potential solutions. The first on the list was my VPN which he suggested switching off. This worked. Thank you DDS for your help especially Reece.

Have been a member of this discount service for some time, but never really used it as my company and my wifes company both have discount services which usually offer better services. However used it this time for convineance and because we were in a rush.
Bought a discount voucher for a holiday booking site, cost over £950. When we went to use the voucher at checkout it would not accept the voucher. Could not get in touch with anyone from DDS (Bankholiday weekend) so spoke to holiday company, who said because we bought the voucher from a 3rd party platform we would have to go through them for the refund. DDS do not have a customer support helpline or portal. Instead you have to raise an electronic ticket, like you would with a work IT dept. Then had to wait over 1 1/2 weeks for someone to email us back to say "because we had accessed the voucher, they would not refund us the money". You have to accesss the voucher, to get the voucher number, to add it at the checkout. Which was the point at which we found out we could not use the voucher for the purpose that we bought it for. Tried to explain this, by email, as you can not actually get to speak to anyone, and they just ignore all requests to do so. To get another email from Reece saying the same as the first. Basicaly when you get the email with the voucher as an attachement, and you click on the attachment they class that as accessing the voucher and all bets are off. And even if you can't use the voucher, you don't get a refund. You have to accept that you have lost your money. In our case over £950 with nothing to show for it.

I had a few teething problems but Reece at the help desk was extremely helpful!

I had an issue with my digital DDS card, and once making contact with DDS I received an email from agent Reece and once requested details was supplied I received another email from Reece telling me issue has now been resolved.
I immediately went on the DDS app and to my amazement there was my digital card.
Reece certainly worked his magic and got everything sorted.

The DDS support team (Clover in my case) were fantastic. Responsive and helped resolve my issue very quickly.

When ordering a new DDS card online I encountered some issues that prevented me from completing the application. I submitted a ticket and Reece came back to me in a timely manner with a simple solution to solve the problem. I sent the required information to Reece, logged back on and completed the application within a minute. Thanks for an excellent 5 star service.
