Defence Discount Service Anmeldelser

Here’s a shout out for Amelia. With nice clear emailed responses she cleared up my error setting up two accounts with two different email addresses. Prompt replies with instructions that were easy to follow. Clearly this company cares about customer service.

Fantastic help from Tracy dealing with an account update. First class service snd she genuinely did that little bit extra to sort it all out

I had a problem with renewing my card. However, after a quick response from Clover, the issue was resolved within a very short period of time. Great response and service. Thank you.

Great, friendly, fast and efficient service from Tracy at Defence Discount Service. A pleasure!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have only just started my membership but wanted to say how impressed I was by the customer services and in particular Khyati, who was excellent in sorting out my stalled application due to the app not registering my payment. Khyati’s taking the time to look into this matter, resolve it and then gully communicating the entire issue to me and rapidly doing so left me extremely impressed. I was hugely grateful to Khyati who was fantastic getting my issue sorted.

After a change of email address I was having difficulty accessing the site. Tracy at Customer Help was fab - gave me options to fix it, and was patient and polite. This site is great and the Customer Service matches it. Thank you!

Outstanding service thank you

Great customer service. Don't be put off by the lack of telephone number, as the usual quick response and politeness still applies.

Whats not to like about being able to obtain a discount on so many things. Just renewed membership to get on-board spending money on a P and O cruise which I would have bought if they hadnt offered the discount but makes the holiday so much better with £200 extra spending.

Amelia was very helpful and sorted the issue out very efficiently.
Thank you.

Prompt reply to an issue with account management, the issue being resolved and the initial problem being clearly explained.
