Always great service from Kia, Georgina and Jordan are always so helpfull and friendly they always go above and beyond for me. The services on my car are always easy to arrange and quick to carry out.
Becuase of this i brought another Kia from Oliver in Dunstable Kia who again gave great customer service. 5* all round😊

My car service was done properly and efficiently. Waiting time is satisfactory and waiting area is comfortable with enough nourishment. Only drawback is every year my car used to be washed but this time it was not washed. Staff were polite.

My experience with Brayleys Oldham has been excellent from the first phone call, when I had the pleasure of speaking with the delightful Mohammed.
However, I would also suggest that Brayleys Oldham review their driving licence verification procedure. Before my test drive, They discreetly took a photograph of me using an iPad for driving licence verification purposes, without my knowledge or consent. While I appreciate the need to verify a driving licence, I did not feel comfortable having my photograph taken without being made aware beforehand. I believe customers should always be informed and given the opportunity to understand and agree to this process, ensuring their privacy is respected.
Thereafter, Mohammed demonstrated exceptional communication skills and, more importantly, took the time to listen carefully to my needs. He answered every question thoroughly, addressed all my concerns and really understood what I was looking for in a used car. He was proactive, attentive - on the ball throughout, giving me the confidence that I was making the right choice. He worked hard to negotiate a deal that suited me and went above and beyond to make the whole experience a positive one.
Mohammed also ensured that everything was taken care of before collection, including having the car serviced, its MOT arranged (forthwith) and the vehicle professionally valeted. It was reassuring to know that these important details had been considered, helping me feel confident about driving away in my "new-to-me car".
I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Milo who was also very helpful in reassuring me about a particular question that I had queried. His reassurance and willingness to address my questions were much appreciated. and thanks to Brian, the Manager, for his assistance and contribution to such a smooth and satisfying experience. It is clear that customer satisfaction matters at Brayleys Oldham, and the support I received from everyone involved made a real difference.

The visit to Honda today was successful due to the professional help by Jennifer and Shay and the team excellent customer service

I leased a new Honda HRV in June 2025.

September 4th 2026 I returned from 4 day holiday, car would not start. Called out RAC they said the battery was completely dead, thought it was due to parasitic drain. They charged the battery and I was able to drive the car.

October 11th I returned from a 9 day holiday, the car would not start. Called out RAC they said the battery was completely dead. They said that the battery had bad cells and should not have been completely flat after such a short period of time.

October 22nd took the car to Brayleys Honda to be checked. They tested the battery and told me that the battery was in good condition. This meant that they could not replace the battery under the warranty. They offered no explanation as to why the battery goes flat. When I asked if new Hondas should perform this way the Brayleys representative shrugged. He suggested I buy a trickle charger. If this is their answer why don’t all new Hondas come with this supplied?

Disabled parking his an issue at this dealership, the only 2 disabled spaces were occupied by the cars that looked like they were for sale and there was no nearby alternative except il the steep hill making it difficult with limited mobility and onto it all off the car was left back were I dropped it off and was only moved when I asked someone to move it for me, hiwevet the work was carried out on my car quicker than expected and the service staff were great.

Easy to book service.
Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours as I was "waiting" for the car.
After 2 hours I noticed the carbeing driven out of the service area. I was then told that the service desk was waiting for the keys - that took another 15 minutes. One member of staff went to look for them just before her colleague found them on her desk.

Polite attention. Details of the service arrangements fully explained. Also automated pre booking electronic process was very useful.

Really helpful and communicative people made the whole thing run smoothly. Had a call from the dealership after making the booking to confirm the details and run through past service history to identify any potential items needing particular inspection. Then, when the service had been completed, had another call to confirm it had been done and given an overview of the general condition of the car. All in all a real professional and personal service.

Very good experience. Felt welcomed and the repair was promptly dealt with.

Rumen Aleksandrov was a pleasure to deal with. From the start he listened to what I wanted but wasn’t pushy to secure a sale. He was knowledge, took the time to show me how things worked and was thorough with the paperwork. He called when he said he would call and I found the whole process very satisfactory.
