Shaun was very good - no option for the coffee52 which was the service I was cancelling today. No issues a very easy process and the free coffee I received was very good!

Never had a bad wine! Like that you get to try wines from regions you might not have thought of trying. Have to admit though I rarely look at the magazine.

I would like to sincerely appraise Wine52- even though it is a small business. The customer service has a smooth communication with professional and empathetic manner. Were it not because that I have really limited capacity to consume the wine on monthly base, I would really consider stay with them as a customer.

Jamie was fantastic. I highly recommend Wine52. They provide books on the region of wines that they're showcasing and the customer service is top notch. I'm in the middle of moving house and Jamie was really cooperative in assisting me change address and alter my subscription.

I was nervous before calling but Julie instantly made me feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly for me. She also gave me all options available and was very knowledgeable. They are an absolute credit to the company and my experience was fantastic. UTB

Used the trial order and received three wines and two complimentary snacks. Already tried two bottles and the wines were beautiful! Decided not to continue simply down to cost and being on maternity leave. But when I’m back at work, I’m sure I’ll return. Cancelling wasn’t as difficult as others make out in reviews. Just had to call the customer service number and spoke to a really lovely lady called Amy who sorted it for me.

I had taken advantage of the offer for the free bottles of wine with postage. They arrived within a day and when I spoke to Lewis he was very helpful when I wanted to cancel the subscription.
