Rang to cancel (bit of a pain to have to ring) but call was answered fairly promptly and guy I spoke to was very warm, helpful and respectful (Jamie). Got a real sense of it being a local business where customer feedback is valued. Was a bit apprehensive ringing due to other reviews saying it was hard to cancel but honestly I have nothing but good things to say even though I was cancelling. Would have no hesitation using again in the future.

Nice beer if you like something a little different.

Was a customer for some time. Last delivery was 3 Armenian whites. I consider myself a keen, long standing wine drinker. I have travelled extensively and visited many vineyards around the world… California, Oregon, S. Africa, Lanzarote… and many more. So, having never tasted Armenian wine I was raring to go - wine52 sent me 3 - all were awful! They were that poor I emailed them and asked for a replacement or refund. Got a polite but emphatic No! I buy my wine from several places all of which will replace/refund wine… especially if THEY recommend it! Wine52 recommended their wines to me - I didn’t pick them! So have cancelled my subscription. Be prepared to be sent wines that may well be very poor but you’ll have no choice other than to drink ‘em or bin ‘em… I binned ’em!

Wine 52 is a good experience. I bought it for myself a few years ago and cancelled it because i'm mainly a beer drinker. I started a subscription for my elderly parents and they love it. They get to read about the wine region and they also have something to look forward to each month, so if you want to buy a gift, this is a nice thing to get. its worth it.

Signed up for free trial of coffees for my husband as I'm not a coffee drinker. We got the Brazilian range and he really likes them. Good quality, strong coffee. Service was excellent

Customer service via phone is as good, no hard sell to keep you going, I had previously sent an email to cancel my sub but no response after a week so they need to up their game on that. But a pleasant experience by phone. Thanks!

I contacted them today to cancel my subscription. I have been using it for a long time and have always been pleased with the products and service, however, Financially I need to take a break. The person I spoke to was helpful, friendly, and understanding. He made sure I knew what offers were available to me but did not put pressure on me. I will hopefully return to using wine 52 one day!
