Be very careful. You can only cancel by phone, and they never pick up. When you do get through they take your details then cut you off.

Stuck in loops of hell
Nothing was received despite two parcels having been ‘dispatched’.
The first was damaged or lost somehow, no details were provided. I got an apology for the delay and a promise a new order was being dispatched.
Haven’t received the new order. Now stuck as following the instructions to ‘report a problem’ just lead to an automated acknowledgement and then a follow on email to ask me to follow the same ‘report a problem process’. See the unending loop of doom.
Cancelling is impossible without calling so I can be ‘saved’ and remain within the 52 family forever.
Don’t do it. Starter offers are not worth it. Chances are you will never get anything they offered for free or that you pay for. They will continue to take money from you forever after. Beer 52 was great for the first year or two when I could no longer have gluten it was a nightmare this new experience shows me nothing has changed.

Gift subscription
Bought a gift subscription as a Christmas present - was happy with the quality of the produce, but the recipient was misled into purchasing a further subscription by the unnecessarily complicated and un-intuitive website and account creation process. They were then charged a further 19.99 for the cancellation.
Be careful what you are signing up for!

Contacted wine 52 today to cancel my subscription as my circumstances have changed and no longer wanted the wine delivery. Spoke to Jamie , who was helpful and friendly. I’ve enjoyed the wine very much and would definitely recommend. Hopefully reinstate my subscription sometime in the future.

Great service
Polite and helpful and always alerted to any new deals. Wines received were excellent and love the way the little extras were included with the information book given descriptions of the wines. Disappointing that you can do just about anything but cancel your membership online but regardless good service throughout.

I called up the cancel my membership and got a representative called Lewis who made this whole experience genuinely one of the best that I have ever had.
Kind, Friendly and not pushy or awkward about trying to make me keep a membership. if I decide to start drinking again i will definitely resubscribe

Got a free try out from purchase LG
Got a free subscription try out from purchase LG products but cost £9.95 for delivery which is on the expensive side. I decided to give it a try. Wine arrived on time in good packaging. Tasted the free wines. They were awful. Then look in my account not showing any subscription. Then a week later checked on the subscription but no detail shown. I thought no subscription been made to my account. Fast forward to April. Wines arrived. Log back on the website. Now the subscription listed. Try to cancel subscription not one but twice on the website still unable to cancel. Looks as glitch on website no matter what you try to cancel. Call the customer service to cancel in the end. Ask if I can return the wine as I am not able to cancel the subscription during trial period as they not showing my subscription on their website. Been told that it is not able to return as the rule of the company. They cost £39 for 3 bottles of cheap vinegar. Don’t mind to pay for good drinkable wine even if they are expensive. In my experience, they make it so difficult to cancel (no subscription during trial period, then unable to cancel on website even after they listed). Stay out of this company at all cost.

There is no glitch on our website. We don't offer online cancellation. Our website correctly directs you to our customer number to call us on. If you did want to contact us but were unable to phone our customer service at 0131 285 2684 for whatever reason, you could also contact us via Facebook Messenger as well via our helpdesk https://www.beer52.com/helpCentre/home. Our help centre link is at the bottom of our website and emails to our customers.
You must cancel your subscription before your billing date. As you didn't contact us until 6 days after your box was billed, then at that stage we cannot offer a refund as the order has already been processed to our warehouse.

I rang to cancel my subscription as I have been made redundant however Jamie was very helpful and friendly and informed me I have a voucher on my account so I’ve applied this to my next box to make it more affordable.
