Very disappointed with Wine52.
Signing up was easy, but cancelling is almost impossible. They only allow cancellation by phone, yet the phone line is constantly unreachable and there is no option to cancel online.

This feels unfair and very frustrating. Customers should be careful before joining this subscription.

Called to cancel my subscription due to the wine not being to my taste (I am fussy) I spoke to Karen who was really helpful, friendly and professional and was not pushy when I wanted to cancel.

The person on the phone was very clear, articulate and understanding. Not pushy at all and explained coffee process. I called to cancel but am subscribing for another two months, thanks to the kind offer.

I have had brilliant wine choices sent to me through Wine 52 over the last 8 months.The wine has been great tasting and the quirky labels have looked good on the kitchen shelf! Sadly I had to cancel my subscription today...not anything to do with the company, I'm just not drinking as much alcohol these days for health reasons so I don't need the temptation! I sppke to Cameron today who was very helpful and professional...great chatty phone manner! He understood the situation and although he was obliged to tell me about offers and deals that I may be missing out on, he was in no way pushy and made the cancellation process easy.

The beer is excellent, always a decent selection. Delivery is always prompt.

Find it bad you cannot cancel online and you have to call, otherwise I would have given 4 stars... But Glenn on the phone was absolutely lovely which was nice! To be honest, I tried out the service and I thought it was good I just don't need a wine sub service right now. You have got to add an option to cancel or pause indefinitely without calling, it's not a good look otherwise!

The man I spoke to cancelled my wine club subscription without any pressure/issue. He told me my options as he had to and then cancelled without a problem. Sorted quickly efficiently and without pressure.
