Very quick delivery, especially as other providers had no stock! Really impressed at the communication, efficiency and price!

Needing less common size tyres is what took me to Tyres Outlet. Great stock, Fair price and slick online ordering. Nothing human about the service, just dealing with distant computers. As I am in Northern Ireland UK their "free delivery" soon melted away and I feel ripped off at 12GBP for a tyre.

Ordered a tyre 8th April
Tyre in Germany I live the UK so it's gonna take a while ok I accept that.
Two weeks go by still no tyre DPD UK hasn't even received my package two weeks after ordering
Although tracking says in Oldbury but then says in Germany then says in UK then says back in Germany.
Two weeks for a motorcycle tyre is a joke

Rubbish service ..it took two weeks to email telling me they didn't have the tyres I ordered in stock and it could be months before they do . Might be better practice not taking orders for tyres they don't have.

This is not a company with stock in the UK, it is a front for Delticom who are German and all of the stock is in another country.
I ordered a tyre on the basis it was a 2/3 day delivery as stated on the website.......5 weeks later and still no sign so I had to cancel the order. Luckily I used PAYPAL who immediately agreed and refunded me.
This was followed by a stream of threatening and harrassing emails asking for payment which are still arriving now, even though I owe them nothing.
Avoid at all costs as there are plenty of UK based sellers who are much more professional.

Competitive prices and efficient service. I found it best to book the tyres and fitting in advance. I had a time slot which they kept to so kept waiting time to a minimum.

Tyres Outlet is a front for a German owned company called Delticom AG. They also trade in the UK under the names 123Tyres and MyTyres.

I ordered two tyres from Delticom AG via one of these online portals and had nothing but lies and unfortunately no tyres. Communication was none existent and fraudulent (told me they had been delivered but hadn’t even been despatched).

They ship from Germany and their fast delivery is at least 3 weeks. I cancelled my order after it was apparent that they had lied on delivery and the tyres hadn’t left the warehouse.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Just what I expected. Top notch service.

I purchased 2 new motorcycle tyres and one of the tyres was delivered wrong. I made a complaint and they said they would deliver the correct tyre and pick the old tyre up. The correct tyre was delivered, but the old tyre wasn't collected. I kept getting emails saying I needed to check with the courier to see why it hadn't been collected, but I explained it wasn't my responsibility.

After several calls to them and no feedback I got sent an invoice for the tyre they didn't pick up and a final demand of 7 days or they would instruct a debt collector.
I had to pay for the tyre to avoid a CCJ and i am now £120 out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They are not uk based in anyway shape or form. No tyres ever received and very rude customer service don’t and won’t give refunds avoid at all costs.

Same service as most reviews on here - SHOCKING!. 2 weeks and my tyres are still at a DPD depot in Oldbury awaiting customs, so they said when I spoke to them......LIE!
Fully expecting they won't turn up and I'll have to wait a further 4+ weeks for a refund as per other reviewers.

completely agree with all other BAD reviews really bad company to deal with .. start to finish complete lies .. 2/5 days delivery, lie .. tyres held up at customs , lie .. dpd are aware of your deliver , but they dont actually have it yet , lie ... 30 day money back guarantee , lie ..its 14 .. so once you pay you have 14 days to return items .. no good if you havent actually received them after 21 days, only just had a refund 8 weeks after ordering .. 4 weeks after asking for it ..
please save yourself the stress and avoid anything to do with ( DELTICOM ) who seem to run at least 2 of these (cheap tyre ) and parts outlets .. if you find yourself in a similar situation .. just start legal action (small claims court) . i was in the middle of doing so .. citizens advice have information on wording complaint through (email / live streaming) .. other websites have reviews on delticom ..some good .. but it doesnt say what has been ordered ..or if they are genuine .. avoid DELTICOM

As all other reviews of negative feedback say the same, Waiting over 2 weeks with tracking information being sent in German and no updates to it, Still no tyres received. This company are absolutely useless. Will never be using them again and would tell you to avoid them.

Ordered a tyre for my motorbike on 22nd March waited over 3 weeks despite the promise of 48hr delivery which is why I used this company , sent many emails now given up and asked for a refund, which I still haven't received 😡.. I wish I had seen the reviews I would never have used them.. Avoid this company

I ordered three tyres. After three weeks waiting, I lost patience. Customer services were as helpful as they could be but the impression I got was that they are as much in the dark as the customer! THEY ARE NOT a UK based company as their website would have you believe. I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Their website indicates that items are stock and available for immediate dispatch. Not the case. It is however a case of selling stock you haven't got. They also trade under another name: Moto-tyres. Same performance. The only credit I can give them is that I was refunded relatively promptly after cancelling my orders.

Ordered £287 worth of tyres, waited 2 weeks NOTHING they said delay is due to Brexit despite their website saying in stock, online chat absolutely no help, they cannot chase or update you
