I was looking for some decent tyres and I found this website. I ordered 2 tyres and when I received I noticed it was with dot 2 years old. I asked about this and they replied to me that they will arrange a collection and are happy to send me other tyres more "fresh".
When I received the second pair I noticed that the dot is exactly the same, 2 years old. I asked this time for a refund and they arrange again for collection for 27th November but the dpd driver didn't show up. They arrange a collection time again and week after at 4th December and finally the tyres was collected. Since then I'm waiting for the refund, it's 16th December and still nothing.
I don't recommend to anyone this tyre website .

Absolutely rubbish business ordered 4 tyres only 3 turn up after waiting a month they say a refund has been given not received anything 3 tyres are no good to me I need 4 I tried contacting them on instant chat which is automated they answer to begin with and then say office is closed our hours are till 18.00 which I was speaking to them at 10.45 stay well clear of this company absolutely joke take money and don’t deliver the right goods

After 3days I contacted this shower they tell me there is a 3 day delay as they are so busy. 8 days after ordering the tyre I get a message telling me it will be delivered in 2 weeks time. Waited over 25 minutes to get a service agent to cancel the order. This company used to be OK now its completely atrocious.

3 weeks later, no tyres, no updates and the tracking is saying DPD have received a goods label for the tyres but the supplier has not dropped off my tyres. This status has been showing for 2 weeks. There are no numbers you can call and the delivery estimation on Tyre Guru's website are plucked from the air! Major disappointment and complete waste of time. Be advised that Tyre Guru are just a middle man, they have no incentive to solve any issues at all and cancelation is your best bet so after 3 weeks I have cancelled my order. It is anyones guess if I will get my refund automatically or whether I will have to fight for it. USE YOUR CREDIT CARD NOT YOUR DEBIT CARD easier to get refunds.

Delivery took too long. Won’t be ordering again

First time used and concerned about the bad reviews. My personal experience cheapest by a long way and only had a few days extra to wait, so all in all a good experience and will use again.

I ordered tyres with good price, but.... when i ordered delivery time was mentioned as 2-4days to the fitting partner. I rang today to the garage that should collect parcel with my tyres and nobody knows what i was asking. No trace that anything they should have it for me. I returned to my tyre-guru account and my order details and there is no phone and no email to contact them in the case i have the problems with my order. Only email was provided to the person in the garage i chosen for tyres fitting, but tgey did not know anything about my order. I contacted their live chat (4pm), but AI assistant could not helped me and said that Agent will be within 5mins with me. Nobody pop in for another hour. AI said that tyres was ready to be shipped at "supplier" permisses, but i was not allowed to know who was a supplier.
I also filled form on their page to find out details about my order and received email later that my order is actually ready and will be probably deliver 26.02, but my tyres should be ready for fitting in the garage today-13.02. I am not happy at all, cause i will be driving 1000 miles+ next week (on chinese summer tyres instead "all season"). I will have to risk my and my family safety driving with the tyres not great for rainy or frosty weather.
Summing up:
1. Delivery time is fake - potentialy will takes weeks, hopefully not months
2. There is no phone or email given to tyre-guru to sort the problems out with the delivery
3. AVOID at all cost if you need tyres quick.
4. No complaint department at tyres-guru, to show you are not happy

My best advise would be to avoid this so called tyre distributor at all costs, as vast amounts of other
customers have stated. The tyres are ordered through Tyres.net who quote a price and use a German company of cowboys to pass your order onto. Tyres Guru will send a message 2 days after ordering to state your tyre is delayed by 3 days, even
though they supposedly have the tyre in stock in their warehouse, which turns out to be a complete
lie.
I waited 10 days after ordering, no delivery update or tracking provided by Tyres Guru, not surprising
considering the tyre was never in stock. Luckily I paid through Paypal and started a dispute with Tyres Guru. 2 days later I receive a email from Tyres Guru confirming that they had not dispatched the tyre that
they oviously did not have in stock, asking would I like to reorder or have a refund. Why would I reorder from this bunch of cowboys,I for the same day refund, which I received 3 days
later.
I reordered the same tyre from Demon Tweekes the same price as Tyres Guru, it was delivered next
day.

DO NOT USE! absolutely useless!

DO NOT USE! I would give no stars but that's not possible. Received notification that order had been sent, shown as collected on DPD Germany website, but DPD UK website showed order package details received but package not received from Germany.

Expected delivery date came and went with no delivery. Automated order status on phone said delivered. Spent 1 hour 19 minutes on hold to get to front of queue then phone went silent. Spent another hour on hold before finally getting through. Person on phone tried to say it had been delivered until I pointed out that DPD UK had not received the parcel. Then informed that tyres hadn't even left Germany.

This was 22 days after the order placed, 21 days after supposed dispatch and 8 days after expected delivery date. Informed they would have to claim the lost parcel from DPD and then they could send order again or they could give me a refund. No way was I waiting for them to try again so requested refund. Now waiting for that to come through. If it doesn't arrive in a couple of days then I will raise a dispute with my credit card company.

For those wanting to call them, the number is 0330 808 5003 but expect a very long wait!

I wouldn't bother it took 17 days to arrive, probably ok if you don't mind waiting but I personally won't use them again

Tried emailing all 3 addresses all not found or no reply box. email saying they were sending a part delivery. 1 winter tyre lovely!! Makes cancelling awkward.

Do not be drawn in by the cheaper prices if you want your tyres in a decent time. Three weeks to get the tyres and no mention on the website that they are not in actually coming from the UK. Won't be using again

Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!!
I ordered 2 tyres from tyre guru 3 weeks before my MOT. It turned out the tyes didn't turn up in time for my MOT, hence having to park my car and use my misses car. At the time of writing this review, I still haven't received the tyres. There are no numbers to contact them on their website. They do not respond to emails. I received a DPD tracking number that turned out to be a Hungury tracking number. DPD UK does not recognise that tracking number. On their website, it says my tyres were delivered but I didn't receive them. Terrible experience. Stay away!!!

I really am pleasantly surprised with how great my experience has been with tyre guru. I placed my order without first reading the reviews. Once I had read the reviews I won’t lie, I did worry that my order would take ages to arrive and I need the tyre urgently. I’m extremely pleased to say that my tyre arrived today. I ordered it Saturday night and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

ordered tyres stated as in stock - waited nearly three weeks and was eventually given a DPD tracking number that wasn't recognised by DPD. Called the fitting centre and they said they had never heard of tyres guru or dealt with them.

I have used tyre-guru a few times over the years and always found them competitive on price. Delivery is usually within five days but they arrived within 48 hours of placing my order on this occasion. Keep up the good work guys*****

No tyres and can't contact them. Well tyres did eventually turn up but poor comms.
