Do not use if you need tyres quickly or freshly manufactured. The delivery took 11 days and the tyres had a DoT of more than 5 years ago. Delticom are the company behind Tyres-outlet UK. Their complaints system via the Tyers-outlet web site fails after one return email due to system size limits which they hide behind. I will never use a Delticom company again. Do not use these charlatans.

I needed architectural drawings for a planning permission application which was successful. I was amazed that the drawings were produced remotely from several photographs and a few key measurements. Not only that, the turn around was very quick and the price was very reasonable. I was more than happy with the service.

A bridging mortgage loan was obtained in what was a fairly straight forward if slightly more expensive way than I had hoped for. This was mainly down to luck in that the properties concerned had not been sold for more than a decade or in one case 3 decades so each had to be manually surveyed for valuation, hence double the cost. Other than that, once the status of the properties was established all went through with little fuss. Lets see how things finish when the loan is discharged to see if 5 stars are warranted as so far so good.

I didn't choose Lightfoots Solicitors, my bridging mortgage firm did but I have to say the property purchase and bridging loan all worked very well even with the current and difficult Covid restrictions and regulations. I would recommend them. All the many forms, checks, searches and suggested indemnities were all completed and organised with me via email. Phone calls were used to clarify and verify as required so I was kept informed and felt in control of what was going on.
