Rubish! I've ordered winter tyres and we are in the middle of it, my tyres still not picked up from...France i believe, took you a month to give the info to the carrier, still 3 weeks later haven't been picked, because of your tricks you doing, don't worry, i work with the carrier and i can check the details.
Worst company ever, never again! I don't recommend!
I can't even cancel the order!!! That rubbish is this company!!!

I have a none common size tyre on a rear wheel drive German car that no uk outlet does winters for. Even black circles or national tyres. This company was the only online company I could find, other than eBay and another German company and was cheaper by about £30 a corner online so great price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Shipped immediately after payment and a tracking number provided⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Issue is the company delivers tyres from Germany which I wasn’t aware of, so delivery/customs took about 3 weeks from paying to actually receiving goods. It was made worse that I got a puncture in this time, so had to wfh for 8 days with a space saver on car until they arrived. Wasn’t going to spend £500 on 2 rear summers to change back to winters a week later ⭐️.

All in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️. The tyres are cheaper and quality is top notch, but the delivery is shocking. If I still have this car next year I’ll get an order done in September instead of back end of October…….simple lesson learnt order about 4 weeks before you want them and you’ll be happy.

Slow,very slow phone number is invalid so you just pray that is not a scam... never again 😒

Worst online tyre seller in the UK. Bought 4 new all-season tyres, declared as in stock. Paid online and did not get tyres or order update for a week.
Contact number shown on their website is wrong. Found another number through Google which was overcrowded with another callers - 27th in queue.
This Delticom company running 11 other online shops in the UK.

Ordered 2 tyres on the 19th Nov and nothing has arrived even though I received a confirmation that they had dispatched same day.
Their phone number is a dud also as reported in earlier reviews.
I have just contacted bank and although they can see I attempted a payment on Mastercard, for whatever reason, the money has not been taken - which is obviously good news at least!
It does mean however that I have just had my card cancelled to prevent them trying to take the money over the next few days.
Now I'm without a debit card for 4 days but that's preferable I guess.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 4 tyres early November. Were due to arrive 20 November - no sign of tyres, no further communication. It is impossible to get through to someone here, number doesn't work, contact form doesn't work, live chat gives no replies. After attempting a live chat multiple times, I received a confirmation that HALF of my order was cancelled. Now I am apparently waiting for 2 tyres, when I needed 4, and who knows when or how will they show up. I am going to contact by bank for a refund and they can take their tyres back from wherever they were shipped from (I doubt they were even shipped). Can't wait a whole winter for new tyres! AVOID.

Supplied tyres which nobody else could find, shipped from Germany within 2 weeks, they were a couple of days later than the expected delivery date, but understandable given the distance travelled

Don’t use it if you think this is fake review check their website and see contact phone number
It’s fake and has only 10 digits
It’s impossible to contact them other than useless contact form

Ordered on the 4th Oct online payment didn't work called on 7th arranged bank transfer as this was only way to get the tyres at the price I had ordered them at online. On 10th October saying 3day delay on 18th October recieved email asking my bank details for refund. Thought this strange as I hadn't requested a refund. Called in 21st and was told refund was as they had no stock. Requested that they give me similar or better tyre at same cost to myself. Issue still unresolved as all I have had from them is another email saying no alternative available. When you try replying to their email it bounces back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered 4 complete wheels and tyres. Said they would be about 5 days. Over 3 weeks later, still not arrived. I cancelled the order and was told a refund had been issued, but that also proves to be ficticious!
Still waiting for my refund.
Tomorrow if no refund on my credit card I will be seeking my refund through the credit card recovery scheme.
Don't be tempted by their lower prices, they don't have stock, are Germany based, not uk, and getting in contact with them is nearly impossible.
Pay a little more and use a reliable UK company.

Ordered a bike tyre 4 weeks ago - still nothing.
You can't contact any staff here, live chat is automated. Found a number and it just rings for hours.
Tracking information provided states it cleared customs and not moved. But I can't do anything I chase this up!

Pay with PayPal/credit card. I've had to open a fraud credit card case against them, as I have no product & I cannot contact anyone.

I’ve no idea why this company has poor reviews. I orders 2 tyres to Northern Ireland. After a week I contacted them as I heard no updates on email. They chased it up for me but there was a logistical problem when I got the email after initial contact. 3 days after I got constant email updates on my order. Yeah ok it look a while to arrive but they arrived and the order is correct. That’s the main thing. They have an office based in the UK but the tyres come from Germany. So if you don’t mind waiting a bit then that’s ok. My order was for semi slicks Nankang NS-2RS so they are hard to get and I don’t want to pay other overpriced companies when I got a good deal with Tyre Outlet. I would have gave 5 Stars if the delivery was quicker than 3 weeks. But unfortunately things happen, that’s life with running a business

Yes, I too wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! 4 weeks ago I purchased 4 tyres from them, only received 2 and I haven't even checked they're not damaged. Still waiting for the other 2. After dozens of emails, no response, no response from live chat and the telephone numbers on their sites don't work either. The tracking number given says they've been delivered,
they have not! Oh and the order number they gave me is wrong as well! As I cannot even get a response, am seriously thinking they are scam artists! I now have to go through my bank to get my mobey back. What sort of company is this?? Avoid like the plague!

This company just committed fraud using my Paypal account. They offered me 5% discount if i ordered on their chat, and the cost in total would be £606 - 5% making it £575.70. They said i would receive an email with a link for paypal payment. I received the email, but with £701 taken straight from my paypal account! I have had to use the Paypal team to get it cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! If you chat with Mariana on chat or via phone call, PLEASE BE AWARE OF HER SCAM!

I have no idea why these have such few stars I was told a date for delivery and they came a week earlier well packaged and correct size brilliant service even left them where I asked as I wasn’t there….15/5/2023 Very happy will be using again obviously 👍👍

Received tyre on time as stated unwrapped the tyre out of wrapping and all looked ok fitted tyre and inflated to correct pressure than noticed a deep crack/ cut round the side wall . I showed it to my local bike shop who then said did I cut the wrapping off with a blade which I replied no with scissors from inside . They recon somebody has removed prior wrapping with a sharp blade . I’ve tried to get in touch with supplier but not been successful. Not impressed at all .

Unfortunately, all bad reviews you can find here happened to be my part of my experience with this company.
Over two weeks of waiting for my products, just to find out that it's out of stock.
Before that it was almost on the way, there was a delay due to high demand (steel rims for honda civic).
Almost a week late with a refund, if you want to try them, make sure you use credit card or PayPal for protection.
Communication is appalling.

ordered 2 tyres for my Ducati 29 October. Rear Tyre arrived 10 November. Front tyre is supposed to be on its way........ They pretend to be a UK company and they are not. Looks like German based so need to customs clear everything. When I found the telephone contact line the call handler was certainly not European (let alone UK) so have no idea where the call centre is based.

Good job I didn't need the tyres for MOT or was in need of them in normal time frames.

Wont use them again and i suggest you don't use them if you need the tyres in less than a month!!
