I placed my order more than a month ago. After 3 weeks from placeing the order (and many inquire emails from my side) they finally admitted they dont have that product. They promised the full refund one week ago but of course I still did not get it until now. I have already ordered surf gear from many sellers but this webshop is the worst.

Bought two windsurfing items, Dec 24 and early Jan 25 first was never in stock and other never sent out.
Refund agreed but just excuses and still no refund.
Avoid this lot.
Not sure if dishonest or just useless.

Surf-Store Please Refund my Money..........
Purchased a Windsurf sail on the 1st of January.
On the 2nd of January I requested to make a change to the order which was agreed to on the 4th of January.
After weeks of emails of promises, Surf-store finally told me the order was unavailable and out of stock.
Surf-store finally agreed for a refund on the 20th of February.
Now 6th of March, No refund and will not reply to emails.
Buyer Beware......
EDIT: Now 6th of May 2025 and Still no refund.
EDIT: 28th of May and again still no refund.
EDIT: 11th of June. Still no refund.

Not to be trusted. I ordered a sail 6. December 2024 and it has still not been shipped. It is now 5. February 2025. I asked for a refund but have not received a reply.

Incredible costumer service
I ordered some DTK kite spare parts, ION accesories and 2023 ION wetsuit. Order got delayed 2 weeks due to Ion supply problem, the order missed one acccesory and the wetsuit got the wrong zip location.
Patrik responded to every single email or chat message giving constant update about the order, I returned the wetsuit and the return onen was the current 2025 model at no extra no cost. Both packages were handle with DHL Express that took 3-4 business days to arrive to Australia and packages were trackable at any single stage.
Great service, great communication, I got unlucky with a mistake but got rewarded with and upgrade. Overall, very happy. Thanks Patrik, great service.

Really great service, quick deivery, they even fixed stock shortages on two of my three order items with better products with only a tiny fraction of the actual price diff as an extra cost - come to think of it, as the fixed better shipping option the result was no extra cost
