Found what I was looking for immediately on the website which was good, it was dispatched almost immediately and I got an email from Steve himself to let me know it had been dispatched which I thought was a great personal touch. I contacted the store about something that wasn't currently in stock, they ordered it in for me and had it shipped direct front he supplier so it reached me surprisingly quickly. So nice dealing with a shop that actually cares about their customers and are willing to help. The products arrived well packaged and I'm very much looking forward to trying out my new fins and board bag next week. Thank you Steve and Sarah, I'll definitely be buying from you again :)

Guys I cannot recommend this surf shop enough! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. When I had a slight issue with my new bored (dpd had bashed it) Steve went above and beyond to help me out, had incredible communication and advice. And I am beyond happy with the resolve. This is the type of small business we must all support and I certainly will be using them for all my future surf needs! Thanks Steve! Total legend!

Ordered two items late on Sunday, and they arrived on Wednesday (well in time for my surf trip). Items as described and the (free! ) delivery was so quick. Reasonable prices too, I highly recommended :)
