Produit finalement livré. Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que ça ne soit pas en stock, et qu'on n'ait pas de prévision de délai Duotont, mais honnètement, ils ont répondu à mon msg sur leur site. C'est correct.

Paid but nothing received
Part 2: Canceled the order two weeks ago. Still no refund received.
Ordered on April 28 with a 2 day delivery time. Nothing received yet (Mai 14) after a few times contact over the chat on their website. I filed a complain by Paypal and hope for a refund. To be continued....

Thank you for your message and sorry for the delay. As we mentioned via email, Duotone is currently facing a supply issue with the material used to produce bladders. These are made-to-order directly at their facility in Austria, and all dealers are affected.
Unfortunately, no orders placed in the last two months have been shipped quickly due to this delay from Duotone. We hope to receive them this week and ship your order as soon as they arrive.
Shipped UPS express 15.5. Delivery will be 16.5.

Lengthy process of order refund
My initial order of a foilset was at 9th of April (almost a month ago), before my order was shipped I called them with the question if they could change one part. After one time calling they stopped picking up the phone, I had to sent 10+ e-mails to ask about the status of the new part and they kept delaying. Now almost one month later they come with an alternative order, which I decided not to proceed with. Now I asked for a cancellation + refund for the order I didn't get and it's taking a long time.. I hope that the refund will get processed.

I bought a Duotone foil on March 3, 2025. The website advertised a 3-day shipping period. For a month, they gave me false promises about the product's delivery, until I decided to cancel the purchase. It's been over a month, and they say they've already canceled and that the money should be on my card. I'm still waiting for my money at surf-store.com.
New clarification: On April 9, they offered to send me the foil because it had just arrived (a month later). I had canceled the purchase on March 28. My cancellation was because you didn't have the foil after several promises.

To clarify: we offered you free shipping to Mexico and informed you that the Duotone foil had to be reordered in order to secure the best possible price. Once the product arrived, you decided to cancel the order.
Your cancellation was accepted and the refund has already been processed by our accounting department. It should appear back on your card within 1–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Refund was send and you should receive it as you confirmed us on whatsapp...
My delivery
My delivery, which should have taken ~3 days, took 6 weeks to arrive. When I asked to cancel my order, I kept getting promises of delivery dates that were not met.

Very Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend
I ordered an item in early January, and it took over two months to arrive. Despite repeated promises of shipping “next week,” the delivery was endlessly delayed. I had to contact my credit card provider to get any response from the seller.
Communication was poor and unreliable throughout. Although the item finally arrived, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Most wing tubes are built to order directly by Duotone, and while we placed the order with them as soon as you ordered, we were not given a clear explanation for the extended delay.

Not in stock, long waiting, no updates
Early January I specifically asked if a sail was in stock. They told me if the website says in stock it is. So I ordered, and... it was not in stock. The would reorder and deliver mid March. I have send many emails to ask about the status, no reply . They promise to get back with info the same day, never happens..
Edit May 16: Then after posting the review above, they came back to me with the offer of a 2025 version. Off course they also did not deliver this. I cancelled my order and now I am waiting for weeks for the refund of the payment that I made.
Nightmare!!!
