I ordered on this website and after a couple of days without any information about the shipping I contacted them on whatsapp. They replied very fast but not so kindly. They told me that my items are not in stock and I have to wait that they receive the things from duotone and then they ship it to me when instead on the website were specified shipping in 1-3 days. They told me that I will receive the items at the end of the next week, so now I will await and then I will update my review.

Edit: They didn't send me the items on the day they promised. They replied to my email without realizing it was me, telling me the same thing they did two weeks ago: that they'd receive the bladders on Friday of the following week from the Duotone factory and then ship them. I'm increasingly convinced they're thieves and scammers and that the site isn't trustworthy. They stopped responding to me on WhatsApp, and when I said that if they hadn't invited me to the items, I'd want a refund, they didn't respond.

Edit 2: It's getting worse. A few more days have passed and they haven't responded. The only response I've gotten is via email from an AI called Jace, which they're surely using to avoid responding to emails. I'll report them to the police in the next few days, hoping they'll shut down the site and give me my money back.

I bought Evo SLS 12m2 & Jaime board. All was good packed and delivered - arrived in time before my vacation. First time Duotone kite user and love it! Came from Slingshot kites.

Ordered 28/6/2025. Late september....nothing. Sometimes they reply to email. Said they would send next week, twice. Asked for refund, twice. Nothing. They have stolen my money.

I placed an order with Surf-store.com and never received the item.
It’s been over a month with zero updates, no tracking number, and no reply to multiple emails.
The only thing they manage to send is unsolicited marketing emails (spam), which I never subscribed to.

I asked for a refund several times and got no answer at all.
This is by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve had: no product, no service, no communication.

This is a fake online shop run by scammers. I purchased a windsurfing sail listed as "in stock, ships within 1-3 days." It has been over a month since I placed the order, and they kept delaying the shipment, each time promising it would ship "next week." When I grew tired of waiting and requested a refund, they went into hiding. Now, I have to wait several weeks to retrieve my money through Visa's chargeback procedure.

And before the owner of this so called "store" chimes in claiming that the refund has already been processed - this is not true. I requested the refund on August 21st and it is 11th of September today, still no refund, despite the fact that I kept reminding them almost daily.

I had a mixed experience that Surf-Store eventually resolved well and to my satisfaction.

In November 2024 I placed an order and paid in full for windsurfing gear which was all marked as IN STOCK items. I expected delivery to Australia by the end of December 2024 ahead of a windsurfing trip which I had ordered the gear for.

Some items arrived quickly and some did not.

It is now September 2025 and I just received the final items of my order; a mast and a sail.

This delay was very frustrating and communication was at time not good to the point that I thought I had been ripped off.

But the guys eventually came through. The 2023 sail and mast I had bought on sale was upgraded to current 2025 models and I was not asked to pay one difference. That was generous and although my trip last year was with old gear, this year will be with new gear.

So how many stars???? 1 for the frustration and for the patchy communication but 5 for the resolution.

Retourneren bij dit bedrijf is niet te doen! Zeer moeilijk contact te krijgen, valse beloftes en na 3 maanden geld nog niet terug! Lijkt een malafide onderneming, die uit is op je geld en geen service levert.

I ordered a ION neoprene top on July 8th, the item was mentioned as available. Today, August 29th, still received nothing. Email feedback is not satisfactory. They say they will ship on following day, then nothing happens. Asked repeatedly for refund, they do nothing. Never buying again there and not sure how to get my money back.

item ordered 3/8 and delivered 19/8. they don't have stock meaning they are collecting orders and then ship. Do not expect 2 days delivery after order but price was the best I found and as soon as order was packed, delivery occurs in 3 days (UPS). If you have the time and the price is good you can order, I think. I contacted them via whatsapp and reactivity was super good. They are based in Slovenie. Would I recommand this website, not really but at the end I received my stuff meaning 6/10 because I expected a 2 days delivery (after ordering)

I made two orders in April to purchase new 2025 duotone gear consisting of Kite and Board. It is now mid-August (more than 4 months) and still nothing has been delivered to me nor is the store meaningfully responding to my requests for updates. When they do respond, they keep promising it will ship out the “next week”. At this point, it seems I will never receive my orders nor even a refund.

Purchased a 2024 ION Ivy Vest on 24th July 2025 via surf-store.com.

Had to email them to find out my item wasn't in stock. Had to wait over a month for the goods to be shipped.

Hier gibt es nichts zu kaufen! Nur zum bezahlen… keine Ware stattdessen nur ein paar email mit anderen Kaufvorschlägen, die dann auch nicht geliefert werden.
Dieser Shop ist nur zum Ärgern und Lebenszeitverschwenden!

Très mauvaise expérience ! J'ai acheté une veste d'impact de kite pour l'anniversaire de mon copain. Quand je l'ai reçue, je n'ai pas trop fait attention à sa condition (n'étant moi-même pas branchée Kite, je n'ai pas fait attention plus que ça), elle n'allait finalement pas à mon copain, nous avons décidé de la renvoyer. Premièrement, le service client a mis énormément de temps à me répondre, j'ai du les contacter via plusieurs moyens afin d'enfin avoir une réponse. Ensuite, une fois la veste renvoyée, ils n'ont pas voulu me la rembourser car en effet, elle paraissait utilisée. Et c'est là tout le problème : mon copain ne l'a absolument jamais utilisée !!! Il l'a essayée et c'est tout, rien de plus. C'est pourquoi nous nous questionnons sur la qualité du produit qu'ils nous avaient envoyé de base, j'aurais du faire plus attention. Je ne recommande pas ce site et si vous commandez, pensez à bien faire des photos détaillées du produit lorsque vous le recevez ou lorsque vous le renvoyez au shop afin de pouvoir vous défendre ensuite !

I've ordered a bladder for my wing in april. It's said delivery in 3 days. 7th of July, still no bladder...
I've had contact with customer service which is responding fast but all the answers are a bit confusing. They didn't received it, they did received it and will prepare it to get send, still not received it... ?

Order was placed and communication was prompt that it was needing to be backordered.
The product was put on fast UPS delivery to New Zealand and arrived a week later.

Stay away from these cheaters!!They trying to sell things that they don’t t have in their shop.I m still waiting for a refund(more than 1 1/2 month).

I ordered a windsurfboard for a good price. I live in Belgium and got everything in time. I was worried when I read the reviews but I'm super happy I got everything delivered. They responded well to my messages.

They take your money and you don’t get your ordered items. And they don’t even reply to your emails.
I ordered a sail nine days ago. Their website said: “In stock and ready for shipping 1-3 days”. I still haven’t received the sail or a transport notification. I wrote the shop - since they couldn’t deliver as stated on their website - that I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund. After multiple mails, I still haven’t heard from them. So stay away from Surf-Store.com

After I had put this review above online (and I received the reply below), I finally got reply through email also (they wrote me that my many emails were in their spam folder). But despite several emails since then, Surf More still ignores that they in their website promised me the sail shipped within 1-3 days. They still have my money, they still haven’t shipped the sail and they still ignore my rightful request to have my money refunded. The baseline is that you can’t trust Surf More. I finally had my money refunded today after a long fight to get them. This still doesn’t change the fact that they do false marketing on their website with promises they can’t or won’t keep.
