I made an order during Nov 2025 and selected 2 days shipping with extra cost but unfortunately they are fooling me with there reply by texting there number also no reply in the email.
Very bad experience wish that I didn’t order from this store.guys don’t buy from them

I ordered 2 items and when nothing happened in 4 weeks I emailed them but no response. Two weeks later I emailed them again. No response. They are either incredibly incompetent or crooks.

Ordered many Kiteboarding items, didn't receive and they don not respond. Seems they stole my money, very sad :(

Took my money, advised a fake shipping / tracking address, then admitted the item was never available or sent. Have subsequently refused to process my refund despite over a dozen attempts from me to get them to do so.

In november 2025 heb ik een bladder voor Duotone-wing besteld en tot op vandaag is die nog niet geleverd.
Na de bestelling en betaling krijg je correct een betaalbewijs, maar daarbij stopt het.
Je wordt een poosje aan het lijntje gehouden en plots stopt alle communicatie.
Ik stuur ook een klacht naar The Consumer Protection Authority in Slovenia zoals aangegeven in een eerder review.

This has got to be the worst surf shop you can find. Bought a GA Vapor 8.7 (2023) windsurf sail that cost me €539. The item was never received, actually they never sent it. Put in the order the 30/12-25 and for more than two months Ive tried first to get the sail and after two weeks and onwards, a refund. After the item was paid they never answered the phone or e-mail. I got in touch with them via WhatsApp, however they've been playing me for a fool. All kind of bullshit excuses like they had to talk to accounting and latest that I had to fill out a refund form (the item was never shipped).

I didn't even know pure fraud shops like this even existed. Stay away from this shop, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Never again. A bunch of lousy thieves.

I’ve had the same issue as most here with no shipment, broken promises and outright lies. It’s been close to a year now and still nothing. I have escalated things further, as I believe this could be a criminal matter with the volume of repeated none deliveries.

I bought a pump for 700nok/50-60€, in the start of december. I did not get an email about my order, i waited till january and contacted the support team. They just said «found your order, delivering next week» and its been 1 month since they said it and it still haven’t showed up. I clntacted again and asked about it and they refuse to deliver just because their website does not give order email. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Skulle vært på lager. Ship in 3-5 dager. Lovet at jeg skulle motta i god tid før jul. Endte med å be PayPal kansellere ordre i februar. Worst shop ever!

Item should have been in stock due to website and shipping 3-5 business days and unfortunately only after ordering I saw the reviews here and was about to try to cancel order but they promised "next week". Seems to be a pattern now when reading the reviews...BE AWARE!!!!

So last weeks "next week" changed to this weeks "next week" and only reason I was ordering is because website promises 3-5 day shipping !!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

This store repeatedly promised my order was “shipping tomorrow” and “shipping today” with no tracking, no proof, and no actual shipment. After multiple follow-ups, I still received nothing but generic replies.

Once I researched further, I discovered this is a common pattern with Surf-store.com: customers report long delays, misleading shipping claims, and difficulty getting refunds. That aligns exactly with my experience.

In contrast, I ordered the same item from a reputable retailer and received real tracking within minutes—so this is not an industry-wide issue, just a store-specific problem.

If you value your money, time, and sanity, buy from established kite/surf retailers with real inventory and real logistics. This site is unreliable at best and misleading at worst and should go out of business ASAP!

I ordered Products and was told Sorry for the Delay it will be shipped Next Week and then again the following week.
It has been over a Month.
I chatted with the WhatsApp number provided and was told Next Week again and again.

I honestly believed this was a genuine business and understand sometimes delays can happen.

I placed an order on November 4, 2025 with an advertised delivery time of 2–3 business days.
More than two months later, the product has still not been shipped.

During this period, I received multiple confirmed shipping dates, all of which were missed. Each delay required repeated follow-ups from my side, and no tracking number was ever provided.

The store claimed several times that the product was “arriving to their warehouse” and that shipping was imminent, including a final confirmed date of January 10, 2026, which was also not honored. Since then, communication has stopped.

Key issues:

Product sold without available stock

Repeated false delivery commitments

No proactive communication

No shipment or tracking provided after full payment

At this point, this is clearly non-delivery of goods. I am sharing this review to warn other customers and to document a pattern of unreliable and misleading practices.

This site is a scam.
Ordered a wing on 01 Sep 2025. I got a shipping confirmation, but it never tracked. Follow up revealed they did not have the product and it was not shipped They said they would ship me the next year model at same price to make up for their mistake wich I accepted. The order has never been shipped. I have contacted them various times asking for either the wing to be shipped or a refund. I would get replies stating the wing would be shipped "next week". It has still not been shipped as of 16 Jan 2026. I contacted VISA to ask for their help with getting my money refunded, but was informed it is now outside of their 120 day window so I am screwed. My emails and whatsapp messages are ghosted. Their posted phone number is out of service.
As far as I can tell this site is a scam. They played me knowing how long the VISA recovery period is and now I have lost my money- approx 1,000 euros.

I order a wing neilpryde 4.5m on octobre 9th,and 2 handles accessoires paid $967 and $80 for the neilpryde handles straps include shipping ,it was supposed to be 3 to 5 days delivery..and now its 3 month...and nothing delivered..
Their agent is just texting me story about the order been in out of stock..than DHL delivered to Israel...and couldn't get it back in Europe..just lot of nonsense .
This is not a legitimate serious company .
I am filling a credit card fraud claim next week with bank if nothing is delivery

Do not waist your time and money with this fake shop.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought an impact vest over six weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I’ve sent several emails, including a request for a refund, and received no response at all. Ironically, when I was placing the order, I asked for a discount and they replied within 30 minutes. After the purchase, complete silence. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading.

Suite a un avis négatif ici même, ils m'avait écris pour me dire que l'article manquant de ma commande allait être envoyé.
Plusieurs mois se sont écoulés, et je n'ai rien reçu.
