Ordered a wetsuit and they promised fast free delivery. It’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t even sent the product yet. I’ve emailed them 5 times and only had 1 reply and have not followed up on their reply. Very disappointing first experience with this business. Fingers crossed I can get a refund.

NEVER ORDER AT THIS SURFSTORE.

This Surfstore is a complete Joke, they don't have any items on stock. They are really intransparent and now after one month they automatically cancelled my order. Let's see if I get my money back, it seems like this Surfstore is not real. I waited one month, sent them 10 emails and only got answered twice. There are far more better Surf-shops around, just go to them they are way more professional

Up to date no refund since 25 Sep 2025, this website scam and i advice to stop ordering from it.
Even now when I check their listed items I find most product which is discontinued or out of stock in major online shops just listed with them, but reality they don’t have stocks and they tried to order it from the suppliers when we do the payments. And that why they face issues when the suppliers have products discontinued or delay in manufacturing.
i did dispute by master card and they told me will get my money back max. 17 Dec, however, today will send to supplier my issue “Duotone” to inform them about this scam web site.

Do not order from them; they don't value your time and trust. My order took over 50 days to arrive, despite my request to cancel it before shipping. When it finally came, I wanted to return some items because I no longer needed them, but the shop never accepted my return.

My order was placed September 8th and was partially delivered October 24th. The shipment was incomplete and wetsuit delivered in the wrong color. The remaining items of the order is still not received by November 26th. All items were supposedly in stock when ordered. The delay explanation is however; waiting on items from supplier. None of my calls to customer service have been answered. Was able to get in contact via WhatsApp, shipment was promised weeks ago, but nothing is happening and no follow up from customer service. I have now given up waiting and asked for a refund. Have yet to see that happening.

Habe einen Foilmast bestellt, nach 2 Monaten ohne Lieferung, habe diesen abbestellt, seither kämpfe ich um die Rückzahlung, dass ist jetzt wieder 2 Monate her, eine lausige Firma👎

Die Kommunikation mit dem Shop war durchweg schlecht. Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten, meine Bestellung wurde falsch geliefert und zum Schluss hat der Shop überhaupt nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt – absolut enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.

Bezüglich der Antwort des Inhabers um 15.12.2025. Aktuell ist die Ware immer noch nicht geliefert. Auf die Nachfrage von zwei Wochen, wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert.

Poor service, slow, nothing held is stock.
After ordering a product that was “1-3” dispatch. Two weeks later it’s yet to be dispatched. These guys don't carry stock, just order from supplier when needed. Then when I asked about shipping they just create a DHL label to provide a tracking number. ( with no updates). I wanted them to be good to buy more gear but wont be.

I ordered a product from this website. I was told the product would take 10 days. After 10 days I was told it needed to be reordered and would take another 10 days. After another 10 days a USP tracking number was issued. The UPS status sat on 'Parcel not handed to UPS for more than 3 weeks. I communicated via WhatsApp. They were prompt answering, I was given always given conflicting information. I ended up canceling the order, my payment was returned. They said they would still send me the product and I could pay - 2 months later nothing. I even contacted Duotone via their official website to ask if surf-shop.com was legit - I was told they were an official supplier and they recommended this site. I wouldn't order from this site, just a huge hassle.

The people running this site clearly have issues. Regardless of whether they are scammers or not, their customer service and sales attitude are completely wrong.
It's been three weeks since I placed my order, and all I've gotten are excuses. If they were trying to scam people, they wouldn't bother managing their reviews. If they put as much effort into processing actual customer orders as they do into managing their reviews, they wouldn't have such a low rating.
If you are reading this review and attempt to respond to me again, I will not tolerate your excuses any longer. Either send the product immediately or cancel the transaction

Toujours le même problème.
Le site me balade,tous les salariés ont du m'écrire je pense ,indiquant que je serais remboursé d'un surf acheté, soit disant en stock et pas livré après 1 mois.Un mail reçu de P indiquant Qu 'après enquête interne de plusieurs semaines 1 salarié malveillant créait des liens Gls sans expédier la marchandise.
Quelle imagination!! Que faire pour être remboursée il s agit de 1000euros! Même problème pour mon ami pas de remboursement à la suite d'un paiment fait par erreur.
Depuis fin juillet il reçoit la confirmation d 'un remboursement.
Qui peut m'aider?

They have made a full refund after posting a review here, but also sent me a one shirt I ordered as an apology.

Regardless the refund and a gift, I think buying on this website isn't worth the trouble, so I will avoid it in the future.

I changed my rate from 1 star to 2 just because of the refund and a gift.

Buying from surf-store.com was my worst online shopping experience ever.
On July 26th, 2025, I ordered and paid €104.94 for two T-shirts, which never arrived.

I contacted the seller several times via email asking for delivery, but nothing ever happened.
On August 26th, I reminded them about the EU Consumer Rights Directive and requested delivery within 30 days.
On September 1st, I asked for a full refund, and on September 23rd they replied saying a refund was being processed – but no money was ever received.
After my reminder on September 30th, they stopped responding completely.

This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. Based on my experience, it’s a complete scam.
Do not buy anything from surf-store.com – you’ll lose both your money and your time.

Ordered a $460 wetsuit over 3 weeks ago still not shipped . First email no response, then I threatened a bad review and was told he would check the details and get back to me .Nothing after 4 days . I wish I saw the reviews before I got sucked into this scam.
Good news ending ! I have now been given a full refund , thanks to Peter who came good in the end . Pity he didn’t respond sooner to my initial email .

On August 25, I ordered a bladder for a kite, but after more than a month the order does not arrive or return my money. I write daily case to whatpp of the company and they do not respond. No one should buy from this type of website.
