This company has slow shipping, includes no paperwork or links to return an item, and charges shipping BOTH ways if you return an item. You have to call to return, customer service is slow and rude. And providing a credit to my account (which was almost $20 less than I was charged due to shipping both ways) took weeks and week. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Yikes- steer clear! I will never be ordering from here again! I wanted to exchange a shirt for a different size which should be pretty straight forward. After having to pay $10 to ship it back (which is already terrible customer service) they never sent me a new one. They have confirmed that they received it, they just refuse to send a new one. It has been TWO MONTHS. At this point, they have just stolen my money. I have called multiple times about this and no one has been willing to help. Such a disappointment. You're better off to take your money elsewhere.

Ordered some fly masks on June 26th. Was led to believe that I'd get them within the week. Today is July 16th and I still haven't received them. Where it goes really screwy is that the tracking information says that they were processed at a UPS facility in Louisville at 5 am on July 15th. I'm in Louisville so was expecting them on the 15th. Instead, UPS turned the delivery over to the postal service (I guess State Line must save shipping cost by doing this???) Well the box was apparently too big to go in my mailbox (duh) and rather than bring it to my door, the driver took the box back to the post office and now I have to go and get it. Great. If I had had time to drive out to get a mask, I wouldn't have ordered one online! My horses have suffered the flies an extra 2 weeks thanks to their poor service. StateLine will get no more of my business.
Interestingly, I note that they get 4.4 out of 5 on Google reviews but there is no way to post a review on google - assume that's because StateLine pays for Google advertising and therefore the good reviews are probably fakes.

Bought a halter for an ave. sized horse. Measured all over and bought the one they said would be the right fit. Halter is way too big, measures bigger than the description. Now they want me to pay shipping and a 10% restocking fee because I opened the package. I asked to talk with a manager and she said she would have one email me. After waiting 3 weeks for the item and then not having it fit, I will go back to Amazon and great customer service!!!!

First time ordering and will never consider ordering from them again. I wanted to spread my purchases outside of Amazon so I purchased on March 24; received a notice my product had shipped April 8 and finally contacted them on April 20 to inquire and I was informed that they had cancelled my order and that they had no further information on whether they would carry my product. When I asked why my order history states "order shipped" if it was actually cancelled, they gave an apology as genuine as their scriptwriter could make it. This Is my 2nd review ever and my experience with this company was the worst. Since my order I have received 42 unsolicited emails from them and not a single one let me know they cancelled my order.

I’ve used Stateline Tack off and on for years. Their customer service is always very friendly and their products are great quality.
I had a bit of trouble receiving a refund recently but the second time I called about it, the gal moved it along quickly.
I will use them again and again!

I ordered a turnout thinking I was getting an additional 25%off of my purchase not knowing the prices they were showing me already reflected that while I was shopping. Very confusing I thought they were having a sale. They’re shipping was steep and the estimated time was quite a ways out. I remembered seeing the same one on Amazon. So I ordered that one. Tried calling state line five minutes later to cancel my order since you can’t do it over the internet. Well they close at 6 eastern. It was 615 pacific nw time. They didn’t answer and it also said they didn’t open until Monday... I ordered it on a Friday. I tried everything writing to them and hoping I could stop the shipment. That didn’t happen. In the amount of time it took to get this package I already received my package from Amazon, tried it in my horse... too big, took it to kohls to be sent back at no extra charge and received my refund. Through State line I now have to pay 20 dollars to have this sent back to them and an additional two weeks before I’ll see that money back in my account. Do not buy from these people especially with something like a turnout where there’s no guarantee it’ll fit and you’ll more than likely have to try many before you find one that does. Biggest mistake I’ve made while ordering off of the internet!!!!!!

I love Stateline Tack!! I've been buying from them since I was a little kid! They're the best!!
