Literally ( and I mean for real ) all the Chinese stuff I have gotten from Tractor Supply has been defective in one way or the other. A gas can: fuel will not come out the spout. A kerosene container: the screw lid seal is bad. A pump sprayer: yon cannot get parts or consumable seals -- it worked only two times. A Ewbank Chilli 4 stick vacuum: Arrived with broken part; can't get parts.

The trip to TSC is sooo far I just leave the junk lay around and curse my fate. YOU ARE BEING WARNED: Do not buy anything from TSC. Their attitude over all these problems is rotten too...

I thought living very rural and having a TS about 20 miles away would be great ! I WAS WRO0NG !!! This is a poorly rated company across all review platforms... I have to depend on Amazon, Walmart and Home Depot for everything. I can't even go to the TS near me for anything. How awful !

I like some of their products, but these guys have the worst customer service, plus the subscription feature on their website is 1000% broken. DO NOT USE IT!

I tried to set up a subscription, and then cancelled it. The pet food was delivered anyhow. I called several times to fix the situation, and set up a callback 2x "we're busy but we'll call you in 12 minutes". I've never seen this with ANY OTHER BUSINESS, but their callback service is just a black hole. No callback. I tried calling and waiting - after 90 minutes I hung up. Comically bad. These people should not be in business.

Your company can improve if your CASHIERS would FOCUS on the CUSTOMERS at hand, instead of talking to their neighbors and gossiping where they live and who's doing what.... Tractor supply sales glysophate, full isle a known cancer causing agent but does not carry safety equipment for using it, no respirator mask or cover all suit to protect the user, which is listed as a must use on its packaging label,
There should be a law if you sale poison you should have a sign in the aisle warning consumers of the danger and carry safety equipment for such products.

Last month at tractor supply an orange Massachusetts where I do a lot of shopping, an incident happened with the cashier, I asked the cashier a simple question and a nice toned voice, (all on camera)and because he didn’t like the apparel I was wearing, made horrible comments to me and my husband. This went on for a few minutes with a line behind us.When I said, maybe you shouldn’t be behind the counter he then again screamed at me telling me he had brain problems and issues and that I shouldn’t be treating him like this. I put my things down on the counter and I walked out horrifiedthat I had been treated this way and made a phone call to tractor supply. I let them know how disappointed I was and how I was treated again, all on camera. Yesterday I went into the same tractor supply store to see him working over at the pet section where I needed to be. I was fuming. I am so close to calling the lawyer and having something done. This man should not still be working at tractor supply. Shame on you people for allowing this,very very disappointed. I bought a plant that was on sale at a reduced price and I was still charged full price for this item.i didn’t notice it until after i had left the store. Cashiers need to check for reduced priced items.

this company is absolute SHIT. Quick story: so I ordered a bug killer spray that was SAFE around the horse because the the horse is allergic to certain bugs. As the package arrived and I saw it was the bug killer spray and sprayed it around my horse. As I finished spraying the spray, I decided to bring it to the shed but curiously, I looked at the bottle and it showed that it wasn’t safe around animals… WHO MAKES A SPRAY THAT ISNT SAFE AROUND ANIMALS?! So then I took the horse to the vet and THANKFULLY the vet said she would be alright. How can something like this get so mixed up?!

Unprofessional management and dishonest business practices at Hwy 280 location
I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the Tractor Supply on Hwy 280 in Phenix City. As a 21-year Army retiree and a 20-year federal employee, I value integrity and professionalism—both of which were entirely absent during my recent visit.
I spoke with the manager, Jeff, who gave me a specific quote for a 10x10 returned dog kennel. However, when I returned the next morning to pick it up, the morning manager, Amanda, refused to honor the agreement. She claimed Jeff "made a mistake" and that the kennel wasn't a return, despite the fact that the hardware was already attached—a clear sign of a previous assembly. She then tried to charge significantly more for a unit that she admitted had "broken wires" from sitting outside.
The assistant manager was equally unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect. She actively tried to prevent me from speaking with the store manager and refused to call Jeff to verify the quote I was given. To make matters worse, I was given a customer service number that left me on hold for over an hour.
The level of disrespect I experienced felt targeted and personal. It is deeply concerning that a company would allow its management team to operate with such dishonesty and lack of regard for customers. I will be escalating this matter to corporate to ensure this behavior is addressed. This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had

My experience with their app is terrible recently and I tried to call customer service and was told that they would call back yet here I am 1 1/2 hours later and no call. So I will use other options for my needs

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I spent over a hr trying to talk to someone about our school function and and just get laughed at and transferred. Great community feeling you know. We as a community spend our hard earned money there and asking to help the community is apparently bad business and doesn't make money

I bought 4 chics from tractor supply on Valencia rd Tucson. Sign said pullets. Few weeks to a Mth later. I found out 3 of roosters 1 hen. I told them all they told me was 50/50 chance. Sign don’t specify that. All it says is pullets false advertisement. The manager at

Tractor supply call me right after my first review. And said that they would make it right for me. Willing to give me 4 more chics of my choice. No cost to me. I do appreciate that call taking care of customer knowing I will buy from them at some point again

Can't buy a tire for a $7,000 Bad Boy mower. They only sell the "whole wheel", tire + wheel for a cost of $120! RIDICULOUS AND A CONSUMER 'RIP OFF'!

The help was very professional. My complaint is I bought some doggie Angel Eyes for my pup at the Colby, KS store and they have not had it on their shelves the last 2 times I’ve been in there. Colby is only 17-18 miles from Oakley, KS and it is a wonderful convenience to shop there. Guess will have to drive longer distance to pet store since your store here no longer has it. It was ordered but never received at the TSC.

Do not trust subscriptions!

They have messed up my subscription order every single month save one since it started. Today was the last straw. I got a text message saying that my order is ready for local pickup. This is a delivery subscription! The local store can't fix it. The corporate office refuses to pick up the phone or call back. There is no way to contact someone to fix this. I live out of town quite a ways in the whole point of a subscription is to negate the drive into town. I might as well shop at a shop at a competitor

Also, the one time I actually did get a delivery it was through roadie. For those not familiar, this is like doordash or Uber in that you are expected to tip the driver. They don't tell you this. So I was expected to have cash on hand for a driver, an additional expense, that I was not informed of. They do not use standard carriers.

Tractor supply should not embarrass their customers in front of other customers. A manager should never accusse a paying customer of opening a package without physically seeing it happen. Very rude manager.

My daughter was there today and was helped at the register by a cashier named Ronald actually she was not helped at all she bought an item and went outside waiting for her turn to get her dog a rabies shot and her purchase dropped in the center of a big pile of mulch she could not reach it so she went inside and ask Ronald if he could help her or if she could get another one he left her waiting for 20 minutes and was not willing to give her a another one to replace it finally after standing in the heat outside trying to get this item herself Ronald finally said go get you another one when she first got to the store he was super nice but turned out to be extremely rude and very unwilling to help her
