I recently ordered and it came on time, well wrapped and no issues

Poor.
Ordered various items for my daughter.
1st package arrived damaged with items missing which according to warehouse after contacting would be sent In separate package
2nd package arrived- very poor state, flimsy package split open. Items missing (again)
Contacted warehouse with no success
Will not use again

Just wanted to say a big thank-you for your great customer service and product. I had a horrible RTA where a car ran over my hand. I needed 500g of extra soft therapy putty to do my physio, but I couldn't find any to order in the UK except in small quantities. You supplied 3 x small tubs for a reasonable price, so I ordered 9 tubs. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I only received 3. I emailed you immediately and you were back in touch super fast and sent the remaining tubs on fast courier. Really appreciate your responsiveness and the quality of the putty is first class.

My 4 and 2 year old have really loved products from these guys...so much so that the ceiling star light and pop fidget pad had to be packed for our recent holiday abroad! Service has always been great from the team too. Would definitely recommend.

Placed order 23rd December.
Due to horrendous experience with another online company, I was a bit anxious when I only received standard remote acknowledgement of order with no official confirmation.
No need to worry though, despite it being busy Christmas period, order arrived well packaged next day, Christmas Eve.
Couldn’t ask for better service, well done Sensory Toy Warehouse!!!

Absolutely amazing company! Purchased a fantastic bubble tube for my son which is very well made & brings him hours of fun watching the bubbles and fish Bob up and down. If I could give this website no stars I would have. First off I don’t think this is even a real proper company the person on the telephone just says hello no professionalism. I ordered a sensory tent and purchased lots of sensory lights and stuff well none of the sensory lighting stuff came. I called the number on the website three times their not very helpful don’t seem
Bothered that I haven’t got my order, told me they would give their warehouse a ring and call me
Back well I got no call nothing so again I’m having to chase it up I would avoid this website it really isn’t as legit as it’s setup to be and from my experience it’s someone who runs it from home

We recently bought a wooden activity cube for my toddler and have been delighted with the quality – real value for money and he hasn’t stopped playing with it! I would definitely consider buying from this company again.

Absolutely mortified bought a bubble lamp and bracket for my autistic daughters bedroom for it to completely snap off the wall due to being sent the wrong sized bracket. Wires exposed sharp metal hanging off my daughter was traumatised this happened within 24 hours of even putting it up. Water everywhere including over the electrical wires and absolutely drenched my daughters carpet. Contacted twice now by me and my partner and been ignored after being told on the phone we would be refunded. Absolutely vile DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

My partner bought our autistic 2& half year old daughter a sensory bubble lamp for £90 from here within less than 24 hours of it being fitted I heard a massive bang only to see it had broken , snapped at the bottom and broken wires expose lamp was on its side with water pouring out and my daughter stood there scared stiff . It nearly sliced my daughters leg open . And she could have been electrocuted. I phoned them as I was not happy about this after speaking to the guy for a while and sending him photos of the damaged lamp he said it sounded like the lamp came with the wrong size bracket . He did say that the would refund our order and that this had not happened to any one else . The overall quality of the lamp is not the best . . I don’t know if my partner will be refunded on this even though they have said they will .

Bought my autistic daughter a bubble tube with soft play plinth for Christmas brilliant value for money! I’ve one happy little girl! Brilliant aftercare too! 😊 I will definitely use this company again 😊

Really good quality products I ordered the week before Christmas and still got the products in time as another company let us down. The customer service is very good always responds and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products

Ordered a dark den pop up tent for Christmas arrived with no connecting pieces for the poles, called first week of January and they said they would post out spare parts, nothing arrived. They haven't responded to my email and can't get hold of them by phone.

I bought the blackout tent for my nephew which is amazing only thing that disappointed me was the fact the light that came with it was faulty I got in touch with the company who did reply very quickly and said they would send another light out but unfortunately this never arrived I chased it up and they said it had been sent but 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived so a little disappointed would have been 5 stars other wise

Really great experience buying from STW. We bought a number of products and one of the products had a technical fault when we powered the device. I sent an email on Saturday night to STW detailing the fault with pictures. Sunday morning we received a positive response and a replacement product was sent out in the post on Monday and we received the replacement on Tuesday morning (next day)! The reality of life is that things go wrong from time to time. People/companies true colours are really shown when issues happen and more importantly how they deal with it. In this case it was 100% perfect in terms of communication and the response time for replacement. Highly recommended. Will buy again without question. Ben
