I would give them a 0 star.
I did not receive a toy for Christmas was ordered on 19 November 2024.
I asked for a refund due to not receiving the goods.
It was directly shipped from CHINA.
It is worst than TEMU toy and charged $100.
Asked for a refund for this as well - told they need a restocking fee - I think that is unAustralian.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered Christmas gifts and received an Evri tracking number on 14th December
Evri are ‘expecting it’ and have been for a few days
Tried to contact by phone no answer went to voicemail
Tried to email no auto response to say they’d received it
What do I do next?
Needed this for Christmas!

Ordered a Christmas present on 27th November and still haven’t received. Unable to contact this company by phone. I have sent an email and left a voicemail. Hoping I will get some contact soon.

In response to the reply: This is the UK company, my mum ordered an air roller for her grandson at the end of November, initial emails and phone call to chase the order were not answered, she sent another email to say she had ordered one from a different company so that she had it in time for his birthday.This company emailed to say that they would deliver it ( even though they knew she no longer wanted it), when the item was delivered, she emailed to ask how to return it and the response from this company was that she should donate it to someone who can use it! She is still awaiting information on how to return and receive the refund she is entitled to. This review will be removed when she receives her refund.

I have ordered a lot from this company and items have always been quickly dispatched.

I’ve had 2 issues that have been quickly dealt with and to a suitable solution. I still have lots to order from this company and wouldn’t hesitate to order in the future.

Ordered a bubble tube from this company a few weeks ago, paid for next day delivery it didn't arrive, company explained it hadn't been collected and refunded the next day delivery charge, it came the next working day, the tube was damaged (looked like it had been scratched and already opened) also fish and balls were missing, the company were really helpful, offered a discount to keep or a replacement also replaced the fish and balls, customer service very good would use again thank you absolutely love my lamp :)

I've continued to purchase many sensory items/equipment for my two autistic children down to small items to large bubble machines/plinths and have also been so happy with the items we receive, their quick shipping and their customer service.

I found myself with a couple of sensory floor mats that leaked (no fault to the company at all, these things just happen) and I cannot fault how they dealt with the situation. Within less than 24hours I had replacements sent to my door with two very happy children again. My children absolutely adore all of their sensory equipment and it provides hours of fun and regulation.

I will continue to purchase with sensory toy warehouse. Absolutely brilliant company, great quality products and they truly care for their customers

Ordered a few items from here in November for Christmas presents. Although I did receive most of the order there was an item missing. I contacted the company about this and was advised the item would be resent. I still did not receive this item and chased up again a few weeks later asking for update on the delivery. I then received a reply on 3rd of January asking if I had received the item yet. I replied to say no and have heard nothing back from them. Have now had to ask for a refund of the item and await reply.

Reliable and invaluable products. Excellent customer care. They went over and above to support my requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you.

After being scammed by another website just before Christmas, I ordered from sensory toy warehouse, David was so helpful In helping me get what I needed, went for the bubble wall, and he made sure it was delivered before Christmas, I have one happy little boy thanks 😊

I ordered an item on the 6th of December on the 10th I received an email saying i was being refunded with no explanation I didn’t query just presumed it was due to stock? I emailed 5 days after the email to see where my refund was and i got an email back saying it was issued on the 10th and it was successful its now the 17th and i have not yet received my refund checked my bank numerous times and now it seems no one is bothered to check the other end what’s happening, feel very dissatisfied and will not be purchasing or recommending if this does not get resolved.

Original volcano glitter lamp Was leaking (think courier damage) sent email asking return process, got reply within few hours saying replacement shipped, got new item within 3 days, all working great. Cannot fault service.

Excellent customer service!! Delivery company lost my parcel but no hesitation from these super polite and efficient guys to send out replacements using a different courier. I have been kept in the loop from start to finish and will definitely be purchasing more sensory toys from them. Well done all involved x

I ordered 9 items that costed just over £150 on the 27 of October.

I received 5 of the items the quality of which is excellent especially the Sensory Bubble Tube and Fibre Optic LED Mood Lamp which my son really loves.

But I am still waiting for 4 additional items and it's now the 20th of November. I have emailed the company and they are slow to respond - (By that, I mean it takes them more the 48 hours to respond.)

This morning I emailed them asking for a refund of the missing items.

It's such a pity because I said, the quality of the items I have received are excellent and at a reasonable price too. I wish they would give a tracking option for the postage. Them I could see what as happened to the packages.
