Scam company costing our school thousands. We ordered a sensory room package. Absolutely horrified that this has happened and we now cannot create a much needed sensory space for our SEND pupils.

Just a heads up for anyone else out there having anything to do with Sensory Toys 4u. We did work from them in May 2025. Was strung along for 8 months and had to take them to court. We was award a CCJ which has resulted in them shutting the company down rather than paying still.

Definitely a scam contact your bank

Scammer. Conman. Takes the money, keeps the money, delivers nothing. Liquidated the last two businesses, will do the same to these when he's turned a few hundred people over. Awful.

Absolutely awful. Zero customer services email bounces back phone does not connect WhatsApp not responded tomorrow trading standards have been contacted and have had to request money back from my bank! Shocking

Order placed quotes 3 day delivery - 1 month later order still pending, funds taken, no response to multiple emails and unable to connect by phone

Ordered and paid for items in June 2025, haven’t received our order, one response from email saying they’ll look into it. Complete radio silence since. I’ve emailed, I’ve rang and had no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I run a charity and have lost money due to this company. Absolutely gutted! If you’re reading this review, please respond to my emails or have the decency to refund my purchase.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE PURCHASING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Absolute scam! I really wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing.
We bought the items on the 29th of June and they have still not arrived, despite advertising that they would be with us by the following Friday.
I have emailed and text through WhatsApp multiple times and only had one response asking for my order number, and then radio silence.

Bought two orders of sensory toys .. never responded to and never shipped out for over a year .. no response from sellers .. Order OR#3618 and OR#3623 .. I emailed multiple times and not even given a reason or refund

Faulty item since last year. Sent you videos and have been waiting for a response since September 2024 contacted you on TikTok you just read my message and continued to email and no reply. I would like a replacement or refund as it didn’t work from day one

Cant contact the company, placed orders but didnt pay for the goods. Looking at the reviews

The toy didn't arrive in time - they were given over a month.
Also no customer support until I went to request the payment from the credit card.
It was direct shipped from CHINA
It is a piece of plastic garbage which on TEMU retails for $10
It is not a sensory toy
It was garbage - landfill

Stay away scammers !

Placed an order for my son for a large pice of sensory equipment for Christmas and delivery stated 3-7 working days which was grand 2 weeks passed and I had not received a dispatch email or anything to say my order was on its way I sent a number of emails and number of messages on there WhatsApp and I was just ignored. I was able to get there phone number and when I rang they said it was out of stock and they where ordering it in so it would be a pre order and it would arrive 2 weeks later to there shop and they would ship it out next day for me. 2 weeks passed and I have not received anything I have been getting ignored when I send emails or messages regarding my order. I then messaged them on instagram and I was told my order was on the pallet and would be ready for delivery today or tomorrow so a week passed and I still had not received a email to say it was dispatched so I ended up having to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. But stay away from this company because they are scammers. Horrible doing this especially on children who have special needs !!

Still chasing and chasing and chasing for a REFUND OF FAULTY ITEM purchased in February 2024 for SEN children in a Primary School. Faulty item was finally collected 7 months later in September 2024 after 19 emails going back and forth about it.

Why don't you respond?
Why don't you adhere to legislation in The Consumer Rights Act of 2015?
Why don't you adhere to your own refund policy

My child enjoys playing with these toys, and they’re great for developing fine motor skills. The quality of the wooden toys and puzzles really stands out

Their discounts during certain times have allowed me to shop more advantageously. Definitely a brand to follow.

They offer ideal and diverse options for sensory rooms. The bubble tubes and liquid sensory floor tiles are particularly impressive.

After placing my order, my items were shipped quickly and arrived shortly. The customer service was very helpful and polite, answering any questions I had promptly.

The fidget toys and light-up lamps I bought grabbed my child’s attention and have been very helpful for them. The products are sturdy and of high quality. I definitely recommend it.
