I asked for a variety of stretchy and squidgy items for my play therapy kits. The results were fabulous and they’ve been robust items too! They’ve been well tested.

I recently discovered this amazing sensory toy and equipment business and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. The quality of their products is exceptional and they offer exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was outstanding, and my order arrived promptly. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of sensory toys and equipment. It's a definite 5-star experience!

Bought some wonderful things for my daughter.

Ordered weeks ago, what was supposed to be 3-7 days delivery. It has not arrived and no communication from the company despite me trying to contact them multiple times to find out where my order is. Ordered a piece of sensory equipment for my daughter at nearly £100. Very disappointing.

Please read my review and what ever you do DONT order from this company.
On the 9th August I ordered a 6ft bubble lamp which was nearly £400 using Clearpay, delivery was 5/7 days, after a week I hadn't heard anything and as it's a present for my son who's recovering from cancer chased it up, I had a lovely email back saying it hadn't been collected by the courier it had a next day delivery sticker on it and Chris the owner said he would personally take this to the parcel office, champion I thought, waited a few more days nothing, messaged the company on all platforms email, on there shop, social media nothing even found a number on Whatapp they replied to that one thou asking how I got the number and to email the customer service team, kept messaging no reply, no lamp.
So now I message Clearpay who open a dispute and on the 20th August the day after the dispute open, I get a evri tracking no, I had previously asked for the tracking no when Chris had said he was taking the parcel to the delivery shop but no reply, I thought ah well at least it's coming but no, no parcel ever handed over to evri, back to Clearpay for over a week no reply to them by this company, I managed to find the owner on social media and here he is living his best life and us customers no delivery's 😡
Eventually this gets escalated to a complaint with Clearpay, and today I am refunded as it was mentioned to this company he was in breach of contract with them, I can't fault Clearpay but I just want to make clear to everyone had this company refused to refund Clearpay CANT make them and you still have to pay the payment to them, and this is my biggest regret as I am the sort of person who reads reviews but didn't because I thought ah they will be fine cos I can use Clearpay wrong wrong wrong!
I now have the lamp from another company.
Reading the reviews I no how lucky I am to get a refund but it has been a very stressful 3 weeks of fighting and felt helpless at times. I have reported to trading standards.
Please do not order I can't stress this enough these are kids with additional needs they are ripping off don't no how they sleep at night.

I ordered from this company 1.08.24 said 5 to 7 days for delivery, 10 days passed tried to contact via email no response 2 weeks passed contacted by phone after about 30 attempts was told my package was coming on a pallet 2 days later and would be dispatched by fedex the following day. Tracking was updated Hermes say they were waiting on package. Another 2 weeks later still not received, no one answering phone or replying to emails. £87 literally thrown away. This company should not be allowed to continue trading. I am absolutely disgusted with these vile human beings taking hard earned money from people who have children/adults with additional needs. PLEASE PLEASE FO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Absolute scum bags, rip off scammers. You should be ashamed of yourselves scamming off innocent people with children on Sen needs.
Avoid this company. They have taken our money, ignored us and not sent the goods. PayPal needs to get them shut down as a matter of urgency!!!! Disgusting. I’m fuming. 😡

Ordered 24/01, no communication about where it was even after multiple emails, eventually delivered 15/03 but it burst the same day, they replied to that email but said they’re waiting for another shipment and will resend at the latest in May as there has been issues for most people who got my item. It is now July and heard nothing since that one email, and no response to multiple emails since!

Sept 2024 update: Got a response after the below reply, to which they added: “Just so you know, the review you left on Trust Pilot isn’t for this business. This is the retail shop website” so I guess there’s two companies with the same name and logo, one is a shop and one is an online business? Very confusing but either way, we’ll see if I even get the item almost 9 months later in a few days as promised!

edit2: Forgot to update that I did receive the items eventually (last year), and it included an extra, which was nice but frustrating it took reviewing on trustpilot to get to that stage in the first place.

Order placed 3rd April, chased order on 9th April to be told would be shipped within 3-7 days and I was only on working day 4! Chased order again, no response! Made contact via website to be told that they were awaiting stock and would send it out as soon as possible (Item was in stock when ordered!) Chased order again, no response! Chased order again, and requested refund, no response! Contacted bank to try and recover my monies. Bank opened a case, and now SensoryToys4U are disputing the case, stating they have refunded my money, yet NO MONEY has been refunded into my bank!
On further investigation, Sensorytoys4u have updated their website withdrawing the 'contact us' feature as well as the option to 'sign in'... I wonder why?!

We are a school PTA and registered charity and recently made a fairly large purchase from this company on the 30th of April. The payment was for three items for a sensory room we were building for our school and totalled £709.97

Pretty much straight after we had placed our order, the customer services team emailed us to discuss delivery. We were told that they would order one of the items the following day and it should be with them in about 4 working days and they would then send all 3 items to us.

Come the 13th of May, almost 2 weeks after we ordered, we had neither received nor heard anything about our order so we sent a message to chase it up. Unfortunately they weren't as quick to respond once they had our money, in fact they didn't respond at all!!

We chased them up with another email on the 15th of May and again received no reply!!

We decided to try and make contact from a different email to see if we could get a reply so sent them a simple question about delivery times. We sent this on the 4th of June and immediately got a reply telling us it was 3 to 7 working days, this proved that they were still taking orders. We followed that up asking if we could come to their shop to collect and not surprisingly, never received a reply!!

We have done some digging... Their website sensorytoys4u.co.uk is still accepting orders, they are still promoting products on their Facebook and Instagram but have turned off commenting so other annoyed customers can't write anything negative!!

They say they are not scammers so why are they not replying to our messages when the tough questions start and more importantly, where is our £709.97 worth of products almost 2 months on!!

Save yourself a lot of trouble and AVOID this company!!

Con artists!! Never received my order spent weeks chasing it and kept being told out of stick and will be sent as soon as stock comes in! After many weeks I was finally offered to continue waiting or get a refund. Opted for the refund and still several weeks on and several chase up emails I still have no order and no refund!

Brilliant family team and great service. Ordered off their website a few times and had excellent service.

Lovely family run business, really helpful in finding products to suit my sons needs.

I ordered the Pod Ball Chair Sensory Retro Egg Shape in Grey for £750 March 2024, with the promise of delivery within 5 working days. However, it's now well past that timeframe, and the chair has yet to arrive.

My attempts to communicate with customer service have been futile. While I managed to get through to someone once, they assured me they would follow up the same day, but I've heard nothing since. Emails have gone unanswered, and my request for a refund has been ignored. This company is nothing but a sham, taking Money from SEN student grants!!!

What's particularly frustrating is that this company is purportedly a family business, and they claim to understand the needs of individuals with special requirements. Yet, their lack of responsiveness suggests otherwise. If they're unable to fulfill orders or provide basic customer service, they shouldn't be accepting orders in the first place.

It's disheartening to see a company, especially one that claims to cater to those with unique needs, behave in such a negligent manner.

I'm not alone in my frustration, as evidenced by others on this platform who are also experiencing similar issues with undelivered items. I am also planning to take legal action taken against this fraudulent company. If they can't fulfill their obligations to customers, they shouldn't be in business at all.

I think I’ve been scammed too. I ordered some items 4 months ago & have received nothing, they’ve told me they’d send some out & refund the rest & I’ve received no refund & no items. They’ve ignored my most recent emails. I also work in a school with SEN & the items I ordered were for my students. So immoral to scam schools & teachers like this.
I’m going to report them to Trading Standards now & I’d advise others to do the same, but please, whatever you do, do not order anything from here!

It would seem I am just another person who has had their money taken and not had the items delivered.

I should have looked on here before I ordered as it would seem that this vile company take your money then don’t respond to emails or answer the phone.

Others have mentioned in their reviews that they will be taking legal action and I think it’s best if I do as well!

Please do not order from this company!

I am offering therapeutic support to women who have experienced trauma and ordered over £70 worth of sensory toys. I only received 3 items out of 8. Since then I have had a promise to send out the missing items (this was in March) and have not received ANYTHING to this date. The fact they have taken the full amount from a CHARITY and are yet to respond is beyond me.

Please if you can, do not use this company!

Ps I ordered the items on the 22/02/24 and am still chasing!!
