Booked timeslot between 6-8pm. Time came and went. 9.43pm- delivery cancelled! Great! Why say its been picked at 3.33pm when it clearly hadn't, or at least if it had, what a waste of food!!!! 3-5 days wait to get a refund too!!!!!!

I am so impressed with our amazon Morissons delivery driver! His Name is Shaun Norville. He went above and beyond to deliver our groceries and even waited for us while we had to go and fetch them, as I ptu the incorrect address on the delivery. Such a gem and such a good person! I hope Amazon reads this and gives him this feedback. Well doen to Shaun!

How poor!
Had a slot between 10 and 12, at 9.05 said out for delivery, then it will be delivered soon, 12.12 delivered soon running late, then 13.03 undeliverable due to access issues to our front door, NO VAN IN THE STREET OR ON RING DOOR CAMERA, then spoke with customer service via, said delivery would be rearranged for this evening, then undeliverable under an hour later, no attempt to deliver, wasted the whole day, 5 days wait for refund, totally unacceptable, if you can't deliver, don't promise, f fuming to be honest 🙈

Morrisons Prime Delivery. Morrisons don’t even bother to contact you until way after not delivering to then cancel whilst you have been waiting and waiting at home. They are totally unreliable. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I did previously receive two orders nicely packed, but they cancelled three out of five orders. Amazon should find a much better organised grocery service.

Like others ordered a Morrisons delivery picked a slot on Weds waited then Amazon rescheduled to Thurs... saying order has been picked waited NO DELIVERY.. no communication.. Tried to contact Amazon thats easier said than done. I also used the voucher. Never again...

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a shop yesterday to be delivered today between 5-7pm. Get a update after 5 to say it will be delivered tomorrow between 7-9pm. Had to cancel the order. After reading these reviews there’s absolutely no point attempting to find the number for customer service or call there as they’re unhelpful.

Will never use this AGAIN

Order should have been delivered between 1 and 3 today. Waited....and waited..... Finally at 18.30 they say "order has been cancelled".

After others comments, I decided not to contact customer service, as they don't seem to be able to resolve.

Update: This was a supermarket grocery order. About a week later I got an email and a £5 credit on my account for lack of service.

First time I've tried this service and the last time. Wish I'd read reviews before I tried it,

Ordered last night and needed for some Xmas gifts for people I’m seeing tomorrow
Chose a slot , updates show it’s been picked and packed, delivery slot comes and goes but says could still be delivered and we are at 6.30pm and it’s just been cancelled and asks me to reorder🤣
Vouchers for first three orders and I feel the orders cancelled are the ones using vouchers!
Terrible first experience - tell me why I should bother again?

Waited all afternoon and evening for delivery and never turned up. Rang customers services who were useless. Will not be using again.

Absolutely shocking, no one cares, no ownership. Text to say late, then just cancelled no reason. Companies passing the buck between themselves, once you can actually speak to a person. Never again.

Delivery window was moved back 2 hours, then missed, and finally the order cancelled with no notice. By which point it was far too late to seek an alternative. Avoid

Twice in same week ordered from Amazon with Morrisons twice order never arrived Amazon customer service was extremely unhelpful apparently was all Morrisons fault and Amazon had no way of contacting Morrisons

Appalling service Morrisons food order didn't arrive in the time frame then was told to wait another 2 hours only then to be told they had to cancel it no explanation why I will never use
them again 😡

Very good service, apart from the fact my shop came to £56.85,but £65.42 was taken out of my bank. I will be phoning customer services

I would very much like to add a review for Michael who delivered to us, I thought he had just left our delivery on the door step, but had gone back to the van for the rest, could you please make a point of letting him know I really appreciate his work, and appogise if I was a bit off at first point, but will add add he us a credit to your company, I believe he must be based at Reigate.

I had no problems at all apart from one item not being available (this happens with any service). I realised I could link my mobile number on the Amazon app, and almost immediately I had a request to swap one item, and this was fine. I could see where my driver was and the delivery was completed within the time window. What was really good was that the food was pre packaged in paper bags which was very quick. I had absolutely no issues and so I am grateful for a good service - and I was very worried after reading all the 1 star reviews! I will order again.

Worst service ever experienced.

1) Poor selection
2) Prices are slightly higher than normal
3) Substitutions weren't even attempted. Just cancelled the items
4) Delivery was late even with a 2 hour window
5) Several items missing.

Only reason I will use the service again is because I have 2x more £15 off £50 orders to use and then never again.

Amazon in partnership with Morrisons supermarket, what an embarrassment, there is hardly any stock and for what you can buy the RRP of the stock is inflated even more than other supermarkets during this cost of living malarky. £7.99 for a standard tub of Bisto Granules. Seriously having a laugh. I was mid way through ordering and got to the stage I gave up. Only 1 selection of cold meat slices you could buy, no spring onions, no baked potatoes, the list goes on.....

Absolutely useless they just cancel the order after the timeframe has ended. Contact customer service and you won’t even get a sorry just it’s cancelled.

Pathetic communications from this company. Great at sending stuff and taking your money, but when it comes to sorting issues out they don't just fail, they fail miserably...

Spent 17 minutes on a call to someone who cannot understand my local accent, (mild Scots) which takes me 5 attempts to help her understand my accent, as if I have a problem! All I am trying to do is is change the mobile number for verifications on my account. For some stupid reason Amazon doesn't allow you to change this in settings.

Anyway placed on hold for 14 minutes then the call ends!

Get a grip of your staff AMAZON...
