Awful, rude and argumentative driver yesterday. His music was so loud my neighbours complained to me, two of the books in the delivery were damaged and the half-wit of a driver seemed more interested in shouting over me, grinning inanely, and winning an argument than listening to my problem with him not even attempting to deliver my parcels to my door, while I was actually standing in the door. I think I'll be cancelling my orders with amazon from now on.

We have now not had two deliveries that we were expecting from Amazon Shipping. We are in a rural area and have no idea where they have left our parcels. The help says our tracking number is for an Amazon order but it isn't and so we can't go any further. They really are a bunch of cowboys and must know it hence not letting you get to them. wish I could give them -10 for all the hassle they have caused myself and the supplier..

Worst delivery company there is. Late deliveries, packages left outside in the rain and where they can be stolen. Drivers state 'delivery attempted' when they don't even come into the street. Delivery messages state 'handed to resident' although the drivers never entered the building. Customer service cannot contact driver or warehouse so no help at all. Charged for next day delivery but don' t receive parcel for 4 days. Totally useless and unreliable delivery service with no attempt to try and improve it.

Delivery slot has been changed four times today and I am not sure that the parcel will even be delivered today and to the correct address. Appalling courier service and companies in the UK which use this outfit should re-consider their delivery options.

I never, ever buy from Amazon or anyone that uses their shipping services because they are so appalling & simply cannot make a delivery without issue.
Unfortunately an ebay seller chose to use Amazon Shipping without my prior knowledge. I was at home waiting for my delivery - no attempt to deliver to me, just a text telling me that delivery had been made to a neighbour with access to their property on a completely different street. I went round to collect the package only to (luckily) find it propped up against the door.
I have tried but simply can't work out what on earth was going on in the driver's head to think this was acceptable. Sadly the ebay seller will suffer as a consequence because I will not use them again.

Driver reported that goods were handed to resident. That simply was not true. There was no check that anyone was in and the safe place instruction was ignored.

They never deliver my items to me, even when I'm home.
I have a safe place on parcels. Do they read? NO! Are they literate? No idea, however I'm guessing not because they don't even deliver to the right address majority of the time, even though it is extremely clear on my property.
They ring my door bell to deliver items (when they actually try my address), will they wait? NO! instead they play knockadoor run and either run off with my parcel claiming it's delivered (it never is) or they will leave it outside in the rain (half time it gets stolen). Any company that uses amazon shipping I now cancel my orders because I am sick of the sh!t they keep pulling and getting away with it.

This company is shocking and do not fulfill the service they are required to do…..DELIVER! I paid extra for quicker delivery and put a delivery note not to leave outside my property. They left it on the first few steps of the communal stairwell where there are lots of untrustworthy people. Im on the second floor and disabled hence my delivery request, yet my request was not fulfilled and they rejected my complaint as it was ‘shown as delivered within the geolocation’. I do not know why any company uses them!!

I was told my parcel would be delivered this afternoon with a time slot that changed every half hour and after waiting in they said they attempted to deliver but it was unsuccessful.
I was sitting in my front room by the window the whole time so nobody came, then they said it was now going to be tommorow.
That is awful customer service I won't be ordering again the way they treat there customers.

They have now cancelled today's delivery after waiting in all morning. Disgraceful service, I would have been better going to the local garden centre who would deliver if they say they will.

Amazon delivery is one of the worst I've experienced. Why pay for delivery when it's either always late or never arrives!

The third party courier you used to deliver my package is untrustworthy and dishonest according to my tracking status the last place he ended up was Banbury in Oxfordshire at this stage the driver updates the tracking status to say he attempted delivery but the recipient was unavailable... he was in a completely different county / area to Northamptonshire where i actually live.. my address is in Northamptonshire not Oxfordshire... so this is enough proof that the driver never came anywhere my area or my address... i waited in all day for this dekivery as i was notified it would be delivered between 2pm - 4pm... i want a refund for the inconvenience and i atill want the product delivered... please investigate who this driver is.. amazon should fire him in my opinion.. he is letting customers down... also i wotld like to inform you that i telephoned Amazon shipping customer services and the agent was rude dismissive and full of excuses about the useless driver, all he did was to keep defending the driver despite the order tracking status full blown proof the agent Ricardo still had the AUDACITY to try to make out i was the problem and a burden for raising concerns about the dishonesty, unreliability and inaccuracy of the SCAM A.I. digiral updates on my package... i suggest you do not use Amazon shipping as a courier otherwise you'll get more customers like myself complainng to you...

To add insult to.injury the agent I spoke to on the phone at 4.30pm on 5th April 2026, who goes by the name Ricardo, needs to be fired for sure. He is giving false information to customers, denying any wrongdoing, and laughing on the phone at my expense. He is an unprofessional, gaslighting vile creature who doesn't remotely have any empathy compassion or critical thinking skills. He simply tries to justify an A.I. un-user friendly tracking status feature online which can CLEARLY be abused by employees, while I explained to him repeatedly in a polite manner the customers delivery status is displaying in bold red capitals DELIVERY FAILED.

Ricardo still proceeds to send me an email to state the order delivery is on time ???? The man is CRAZY, ti be blunt, Ricardo is an incompetent clown, i could get more sense out of a 5 year old child. . Fire him immediately. He hasn't got a CLUE what he is doing. He has ZERO comprehension whatsoever of anything beyond an A.I. tool. What is the point to his presence in your company???

Ricardo is mentally unwell and possibly deluded, I do feel quite sorry for him, he should not be dealing with the public if, he cannot handle a very straightforward complaint or query from a customer then he is not suitable to be answering calls of this nature.

Why would Ricardo insist on sending me an email to say the delivery is on time, when ive already explained to him in black and white the delivery has failed because the driver didn't even attempt to come anywhere near ny area, so there was no intention of this delivery.

Please organise your staff, please recruit people who know how to do thier job and ensure your pathetic staff stop deliberately blaming tbe customers trying to make the customers look foolish. I have a good mind of filing a lawsuit for the distress it has caused.

Perhaps this is the low standard careless services
consumers get nowadays since the DEREGULATION ACT of public sector services began.

The last 12 months have seen marked decline in the level of service received from Amazon. Prime no longer means next day. Deliveries have been hit and miss with complete disregard of delivery instructions. Items often left in the open by the front door in cardboard packaging when it has rained. Prime music included songs are less and less. Even upgraded service pay for service is not half as good as Spotify.

Today was the last straw. We were in all day awaiting our Easter delivery, which includes an Easter present for my mum, a hairdryer as mine packed up yesterday and tequila to enjoy over Easter. Supposedly that order was attempted to be delivered around 2.10pm. We were here the whole time. I was cleaning the house,my husband was in the garden. If the delivery was attempted they made very little effect to get our attention.

I called Amazon's offices at 2.40pm to discuss my dissatisfaction at the attempted delivery but was reassured that the delivery would be made again and that we would definitely receive our items today. I was even promised a call back to confirm all was in order.

That was a complete lie and I was basically passified into a accepting an order that would never arrive, which stopped from going out and replacing these items myself in order to have these items for Easter.

Have been left high and dry and have cancelled the order and my prime membership. Will not go back to Amazon.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Another delivery no show, despite very explicit instructions on how to find the property. Are their drivers illiterate or just stupid? We don't have this problem with any other delivery company. So well done Amazon. You really are one of a kind - totally s##t.

Why oh why do drivers refuse to knock on a door anymore? I have clear instructions on my Amazon account stating where my safe space to leave items is and they can't even follow that! I'm home but you don't knock and then I find you've left my parcel outside ready to be rained on when there's a perfectly covered place to leave it. If I'd not been at home, my parcel would've been ruined. Sort it out

Up until the last few weeks I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Amazon,
However had a same day delivery marked as delivered 3 parcels never arrived was needed for a trip.

The following delivery’s that had been ordered on a next day also never turned up,

Had my last parcel ordered the same day that was due on the 20th and still has not arrived and won’t let me get a refund as it’s not late enough yet.

I won’t be ordering from Amazon again as this isn’t exceptable sadly just a numbers game for them.

All I needed was a reason but after all but ruining my trip through not having the right kit i eventually got a refund too little too late.

Saw delivery driver walk past my window so I was almost at front door, which has glass panels, when driver put parcel on step THEN knocked on door & was gone in an instant. I live on a main road so front step is visible to everyone. I have a large sign on the door

Awful delivery service seems to be the norm to dump parcels on doorstep and run away I'vehadanumberofparcelsdumpedon doorstep. Latest delivery a parcel marked extremely fragile dumped upside down on my doorstep with the box ripped and damaged.

Would give less if was able. As usual delivered to wrong address, even though the house has a sign on there door stating that it is not my address lol. So fed up of it happening now, keep phoning and getting promised it won't happen again. Needs sorting out.

No contact from delivery company whatsoever until they turned up at my door (late) with my mattress, Was assured by Amazon that I would be advised on the day of delivery, by text or call, of a timeframe for deivery once the driver was 30mins to 1 hour away. No text or call.

The delivery people when they did arrive however were courteous and very helpful so all was not lost. But would I use them again? No.

So I actually bought from EBay … did not realise the seller would be using Amazon to deliver otherwise I would not have bought from them .. so far in the past 4 hours I have had 5 different time slots sent..the last one said delivery by 3.15…so I checked again just now at 3.20 as it had not been delivered …and now there is no deliver slot showing .. absolutely appalling service … and it’s not easy when you are also disabled and they give so many different time slots though the day …do I now expect it to be delivered today …errr Nope !!!! I have sent the seller a message saying what I have put on here …..
