Ordering process was good, finding products was very difficult with some products. Speed of forecast was brilliant. Driver turned up inside promised delivery time - sat outside the gate for 10 minutes - drove away- received e mail to say couldn’t deliver, order cancelled - would receive refund in 5 working days- no explaination- will never use it again!!

Have done 4 orders through this so far, first one never showed. Tried again only because people told me it was great. 2nd order some of my delivery was given to someone before me and they had to go reclaim it and have us on a call together to work it out as they'd already unpacked it all. 3rd attempt spot on, no problem. 4th yet again total no show, after waiting in all afternoon for it they don't even attempt delivery. If they don't have any workers in the area that day then why are they accepting these orders or not cancelling them when it's clear they aren't going to do anything to try and deliver it.

Complete waste of time and my absolute last chance for them. 3 out of 4 orders with major issues, totally unacceptable.

The least they could do is cancel them so you don't get stuck at home waiting for something that's never going to show up.

Just avoid, if they have a good day it's great, if not then its just a complete and total stressful waste of your time

My first order with Morrisons through Amazon. 6 items were substituted.. but badly for eg 8 yogurts was swapped for 4 completely different ones, chicken poppers swapped for pizza bites. I’d planned on paying £72 but they ended up taking £82 … assuming for the substitutions which didn’t show on receipt.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give zero stars! My grocery order was cancelled twice in one day. The first time the deliverer called but barely gave me a chance to pick up the phone. The next minute I got a text saying my order was undeliverable. They promised my order would be delivered between 3-5, and I waited for it and then began to wonder when it was pasts 5 and still no groceries. I looked at my phone and a text said that my order was canceled. The person did not even bother to call to get directions. I called customer service and a woman named Jill flippantly said that the person had no phone or app to contact me. One of the chat people, Faieka, left the chat and the other one Nabeela was no help. I advise people to avoid Amazon UK Prime Now. They do not need to be in business.

I've paid but never got the delivery, the order was canceled at the time of delivery

Appalling service.Delivery was attempted one hour before the slot requested and did not even bother to call.They said there was a problem whit the address which is false as I have never had any problem with their orders.Funny things is that I cannot even talk to anyone about this.

Delivery cancelled after scheduled delivery slot! Order 24 hours in advance.

We tried doing a small morrisons order on Amazon for the 1st time and found the experience very frustrating and not at all easy. We had ordered the one lot of items in the basket and was trying to get another product in the basket for checkout. But it would not go in and we had real problems as there was no green basket symbol to add the item we wanted and having spent along time trying gave up. The item that did go through ended up being 2 packs of when 1 would of done but could not get the other item through.
Item was delivered on time early morning but delivery guy absolutely hammered on the front door thought he would be knocking it down any minute.
Its a shame we won't be doing this ordering again and the the high cost for delivery too added on sneakily. As being in bad health and disabled it would of been helpful. But we really don't rate this service at all and feel that the ordering process should be much easier. We were very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Appalling. Food didn't arrive, order cancelled after the delivery. I was told the food was all out of stock. When I mentioned that's not possible I was told they couldn't actually see what had happened. I waited all afernoon. I ordered with Amazon for a quick convenient delivery. I've since spent 30 min on the phone to figure out what happened. This is incompetent and completely defeats the point of the service.

WHAT A TIME WASTERS. DRIVER ARRIVED OUTSIDE OF TIME SLOT SOMEWHERE WEHRE HE WASN'T SEEN. CAN'T READ ADDRESS OR TELL TIME. BACK TO SCHOOL I'M AFRAID!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!

Like everyone else got message saying shopping being picked and confirming slot,then a message saying it was running late.No sign of order so went on Amazon which stated problem delivering my order so cancelled .So they have my money but I have no shopping.

I had the worst experience ever I bought phone from Amazon, then I have returned the phone Amazon advisor unprofessional keeps put the phone down even the label was provided by Amazon and the Royal Mail confirmed the location of the item. I was told to wait for refund for 60 days and those Scumbags advisors keep putting the phone down, when I asked this to be escalated they say "thank you for calling and then put the phone down and the worst part of this they F*cuking send you survey, I have been prime for so many years I am going to cancel it at once

Most often food comes with dates of same day or next day.

Today my order didn’t even show up, cancelled an hour and a half after delivery claiming “access issues”. Im working from home and can see the empty drive way in front of me so delivery wasn’t even attempted.

A full weekly shop lost to the stratosphere. Amazon customer services incredibly unhelpful and pretty much summarised with “there’s nothing we can do”.

What a crap service from Amazon. Been with them over 8 years as prime customer. But last 6 months complete crap. Products get delivered with damaged goods. Packaging half opened. Customer service hangs up few times. No more shopping with Amazon. Poor service and attitude stinks. NPS big fat Zero. Only advise anything expensive do NOT buy via Amazon. Just stick to small things!!

Purely on Morrisons
Don’t waste your time the items are constantly running out of date! Spent £60 on a shop of food and things for the little ones lunchbox .
Yoghurt - out of date the next day
Meat - all with 1-2 days on
Veg - out of date the day it was delivered

I appreciate it’s a luxury for a delivery but I don’t expect 2/3 of the shop to go out of date the same or next day! Can’t fault the refund process but now means I’m off to the supermarket at 7pm to replace the shop.

It’s not practice and I would expect better from this partnership.

Waited all day for delivery but website keeped changing delivery times until it got to 10.30 pm and still nothing I looked on the website again and it said delivery next day. Waste of a day and I'm a prime member. Carry on like this and that will be cancelled. Fuming tbh 😤 really needed the items I ordered urgent. Absolute joke.

I ordered food from Amazon Coop and received expired spoičed milk in an inflated packaging.

I am not so happy about my delivery. My amazon app says that my parcel was delivered but I have not received my parcel and I had waited all day and no one did not ring my bell at all until I had looked at my app and I was shocked that it been delivered. I supposed to received my Bolsius 4 hour Tealight candles bag of 50, I am not so happy with the delivery driver which he or she can not be botther do the job right and made sure my parcel was delivered to me safely. As its Christmas there is always things goes missing or delivery drivers cannot be bothered to do the job properly. I am really disappointed with the delivery.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from them…I don’t understand why they are still taking orders if they don’t deliver..just to cancel after hours of waiting…Very disappointing!
