I like the ease of ordering and the delivery service is good. The refund process for damaged items is ok. However, virtually all of the fresh food ordered goes out of date within the next 2 days. I did a weekly shop most of which looks barely edible now so is going to end up in the bin. Seems like Morrisons maybe using this process to get rid of the fresh food about to expire. This isn't fair on customers especially during this difficult time. Will be popping to Sainsburys later.

I was waiting for the food shop to arrive. Lovely driver drop it off. That the good bit. I will never order food shop for you again Never. I rang the customer service number. The woman on the phone was dreadful. They would not help. Food was out of day or not edible. My husband did the shop. He works where you can’t ring him unless it emergency. As he works for one of the 999 services. I explain this. And had all of his information. What makes me laugh is I gave the web site my number to ring me. But when I said I can give u his number to try and ring him the said they couldn’t do it. Then when I finished the call and got no where she rang me back and still couldn’t help that was very degrading. I rarely go to the supermarkets as I have a child with autism. Going shopping is extremely stressful for my child and myself. This was meant to be an easy shop. It was not half of this food is not edible. All I wanted was them to collect the food that was not edible and had very poor sale by dates. The order number was on the paper bags she just would not help. I think she enjoyed just belittling me. anyone out there who tries and uses online order services just to make their life a little bit easier because their household is a bit more complicated than most people and going to the shops is not as easy as everyone else just don’t bother using this service. I am now removing my account from Amazon. I’m removing my prime membership from Amazon and I will not be using Amazon again in the future to have some horrible woman in a call centre be that degrading and at one point put me in tears. The food is still sitting in my fridge. I cannot let my children eat this food tomorrow for their lunches for school. I’ve had to text my husband who is not happy send him photographs of the shopping and then when he gets home after dealing with 14 hours of work keeping us safe, he’s got to deal with this. There is an order number on the paper bags. Why can’t be just simple. Oh yes we can put that order number in. Yes we can send someone to collect that. Yes we can send someone to a look at your shopping. Oh yes we can refund you that’s not a problem I wasn’t even asking for the refund going into my account I was asking for to go back into my husband. I now got to get more shopping tomorrow when I finished work before getting the children from school. Which is going to be rushed.

Absolutely awful ordered six items including alcohol to the value of £69 only received 2 which was milk delivery says partial delivery because some items were refused or undeliverable please apply for refund. Definitely will not be using them again. Stick to the supermarkets own apps

I go to the sellers if there is one i got refunded & apology so what I done
I copyed & pasted the apologies and refund information done by the seller, went to live chat, kept adding it on repeat like they do to us & toxic humans behind a screen, they cut the chat with my repeated messaged from the seller lol, do use not like it amazon don't do it to others! BULLIES! & Waste of humans on a string follow the converbelt as use all do. But least I got a refund and waiting on another.

Order placed and accepted at 11:55am for the 8pm-10pm window. Got an email at exactly 10pm telling me my order has been cancelled and refund has been issued. No explanation whatsoever. This service is truly laughable and completely unprofessional. Amazon and Morrisons couldn't run a bath between them.

Delivery was fine in awful weather.
But don’t order fresh milk or fruit I ordered 2 4pint milk they only had 2 days to sell by date, not good enough. Raspberries had 1 day .
So if I do use this again I will stick with non perishables.

They take extra money out of your account and hold it for weeks for some strange reason. I never accept subsitute items ever yet they want to take extra just incase they "have to".

Do not ever use Morrisons food delivery via Amazon. Waited in all day after various texts with new time slots. Final text was to say the order has been cancelled with no explanation whatsoever! DO NOT ORDER FROM MORRISONS!

If I had read the reviews before placing my order I wouldn’t have bothered as this service really does deserve all of the negative reviews it’s shocking. My order was due for delivery between 12.00 - 14.00. I received a message at 14.10 advising that it would be late then another message at 16.24 to say that your order will not be delivered and you will be refunded. Save yourself the hassle and use a proper supermarket delivery service.

Morrisons delivery via Amazon Prime is a joke. Similar to other reviews, I ordered a delivery which was due between 4&6pm yesterday. At 630 I received an email saying it was delayed and I would have an update at 830pm. I did get the update which was it was cancelled. Completely unacceptable, if they didn’t have the resources to deliver then they shouldn’t accept the order. Will never use this appalling service again.

Forget Morrisons - delivery due between 3-5pm, 6.30pm I try contacting customer services Amazon. They guys says sorry and it will be me by 7.30pm. 6.47 I get a message on my Amazon it is cancelled. I should have known something up as no text messages or email confirming order. Plus, I went back to Amazon customer services and they agreed shocking customer service. Shocking customer services. Why did Morrison take the order if they cannot cope?

Amazon Morrisons, absolutely useless. Delivery was delayed then cancelled at 8 PM, no reason given other than "an issue with order". Currently sick and shielding so cannot go out, absolutely shocking.

I've just received my Morrisons order and yet again I've had to phone Amazon to complain as they have packed raw chicken on top of butter and yogurts and vegetables. Amazon were very helpful and have refunded me for the items but it has wasted my time as I will now have to go out tomorrow 😠 😡

I ordered a delivery for my mother,as I've done many times before,this time the delivery slots weren't suitable so I cancelled the order of £27.49.The money was taken from my bank,5 weeks later,neither my bank/amazon or morrisons will take responsibility, I won't use Morrisons,and in the new year I'll change banks and cancel all amazon subscriptions

I got the rudest Amazon driver delivering my Morrisons package yesterday and he flat out refused to bring my shopping to me because he “might get a ticket”. I explained to him there were several other places he could park and he said “no because if I get a ticket are you going to pay for it?”. I had a young child in my home and couldn’t actually leave, but it’s so ridiculous that he thought I’d be able to come down to his car and carry all the shopping back to my home by myself. So after him getting more angry on the phone that I wasn’t coming down, he then cancelled my order and left with my shopping still in his van lol! SO RIDICULOUS.

Tried ordering some items from Morrisons as an item I liked seemed cheaper than other places. The order arrived on time, not in a Morrisons van but in a private car. I was given some bags but 2 trays of Pepsi Max were missing. When queried with driver he told me someone else would deliver it. Today, I tried getting a refund (£16) from Amazon after no-one else tried to deliver. I have spent the morning going round in circles trying to get a refund but it would seem Amazon don't want to know. You get so far then told they have a software error. I have lost that £16 and will never shop at Morrisons again!

Again very shocked on the negative reviews , always looking to save a few quid on our weekly shop , Were based just outside of Hull , ordered at 10 am , had it by 1pm on a Sunday . . didn't realise it would be delivered by a guy in a car . Really nice guy , milk wasn't what i ordered but got a refund . Free delivery , £15 off . Very impressed .

Dreadful. Would give zero stars if I could.
Placed an order for 6-8pm delivery. Apparently packed, but no sign of delivery. At 8.25pm the order was updated to ‘delayed delivery, please contact us’. (Surely the onus is on Morrisons/Amazon to contact me?)
I only wish I’d read the reviews here first.
Update: 10.30pm and a text from Amazon confirming the order has been cancelled as it ‘could not be completed’. What a pointless, frustrating experience.

Wasn’t feeling well so decided to get a Morrison’s delivery through Amazon.The delivery guy arrived in he’s car and started putting 2 bags on the doorstep,I picked them up turned to put them behind me and he sped off in he’s car with the rest of the shopping-£38 worth!Took me over an hour to try and contact Amazon -it’s soooo complicated- no straight forward phone call for them but finally got to speak to someone BUT I have to wait 5 days before it goes back into my account,will not be using them again.

Never Again - avoid the trap ! Had several deliveries which were great and then this week an order of over £100 didn’t not appear. I was told it was ‘cancelled’ - they say contact us but they don’t mean that. The next morning I got through to the customer services …apparently the drivers car broke down so they cancelled it instead of giving another slot - WHY ?!! I was asked to re-order and my money would be returned in 3-5 days!! I said I couldn’t reorder as they had my money. Eventually told they would return the money within in 2 hrs - they didn’t !! I rang again …effectively told ‘tough’ but in call centre speak. I asked to speak to a manager - they hung up. APPALLING !!!
