Ordered a £170 shop last week which was delivered a day late
and then tried again to order groceries this morning and after taking my money and letting me know 'my order is on its way' I get a message saying my order wont be delivered and would I like a refund? WHAT?

Ordered Morrisons delivery via Amazon
Turned up nearly 30 minutes after the time slot booked (12-2), the ice packs used had all but melted ( this order was packed by the store at about 11am according to delivery info)
All fresh meat, as well as a frozen pack of chicken kyivs, had to be thrown away as a. The items did not feel cold enough and b. I could not guarantee their safety to eat.
Refund has been requested for the items I had to throw away, have yet to receive it.
Will absolutely not use this service again!

Amazon prime is the biggest scam. They give you a delivery date and 99% of the time, their delivery are late. But you’re not allowed to review on the delivery publicly. If that was the only problem it would not be a scam just bad service but the thing is their delivery men mark the items as delivered on the day they were due. Amazon tells you it is accidentally scanned occasionally but it always 100% happen on late delivery, so it’s just their policy. Don’t waste your time, use a genuine seller with a real delivery date for anything you need by a specific date. They also refuse to let you cancel the delivery if THEY are late.

Ordered from Morrisons on my Amazon was due to arrive today at 4pm at 5pm I received an email to say there was a problem with my address? Despite regularly ordering!!! Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund and it’s a week before Christmas

Absolutely crazy situation, I'm clearly ancient & ordered some mozart chocolate liqueur (age restricted). Delivery driver wouldn't let my have it because my passport is being renewed. I offered my over 60s travel card which has a photo but apparently this isn't acceptable. I've never seen anything so ludicrous in my life!! Barking.

Update: just had a response from "executive" relations at Amazon - actually bordering on rude.
'Any further inquiries on this matter won't receive a response"

Half my groceries were missing. Meaning I have had to order elsewhere. Was wound up royally by a rep on a call. Finally, after much hassle, got a refund via customer service chat option. Very inconvenient.

I've ordered loads of times and never really had a problem until today.
I get a text at 9.10 to say my order is out for delivery. On the tracking, I see the order goes away from my address, then 15 minutes later back to the store. Then the tracking shows the driver leaving and heading out of town.
I call amazon and they tell me the driver can't deliver so they have to cancel the order, my refund will arrive in 3 to 5 days and they offer me £3 credit as compensation!
So I have no groceries and have to re-order while amazon has my money.
I won't order groceries from amazon again.

Lots of out of stock items and all substitutions offered are ridiculous. Shower cream replacement was bath soak, Italian salami replacement was German cheese and salami selection etc. Shame because delivery was fast and free

Every order I’ve made is wrong, today in particular very bad.
Sent me a 4kilo dog food instead of 12kilo there is over £20 price difference I’m scammed out of. Multiple packs of cream buns packed in the bottom squashed with heavy fruit and veg packed on top. All other items wrong with no advisory of substitutes. I’d like to say this is a one off but the past three orders were like this. This last one nothing was right at all so the full price shop I’ve been ripped off on. I can’t believe Amazon still partner with them and allow this sort of unprofessional behavior. I will never order again!

Give the delivery to an Amazon driver! They are worse than clueless. Normally order direct from Morrisons which has always been good. Thought I’d try Amazon seeing as they gave me a voucher.

I’d rather pay the 15 quid! The drivers are the worst possible people to do the job. They can’t find addresses and then when they eventually do, they just leave the bags out on the street. ‘I can’t push the unlocked door because it is not my job’ was the actual line he gave me. Pathetic.

Three of the ‘sealed’ bags were opened by the driver. Items damaged. Would never use again.

I just placed an order, I received all the tracking information .
The delivery driver even turned up outside my door only to drive away before he had left my order!
It’s very difficult to communicate with Amazon to find out what happened.
Will not use again

£60 minimum spend is too much, .... especially when the prices are not good value.

All the other main supermarkets have a better offering

Turned up 25 minutes before time slot, refused to wait for me to get back in 10 minutes, refused to return after I complained, Amazon then said my £15 voucher was already redeemed when I tried to reorder.

They have no hope of competing with supermarkets

Paying a membership subscription for a delivery service that delivers my parcels to the wrong addresses, or drops my parcel on the ground and walk away without knocking the door, parcels arrive damaged , dirty, or never arrive…. Can’t believe I am paying for this scam… the government should take responsan to stop these fraudulent companies.

The orders have arrived too often with delays. I will order elsewhere in the future.

Placed order, they cancelled order with no reason, and then take 4-5 days to give my money back. Avoid like the plague.

Beware, any time I order alcohol the driver says it's delayed or delivered and then it never comes and then they either send a replacement or refund, and they won't look into the driver but still send them with your items that then don't show up. Amazon can you seriously not see to investigate your drivers and not to use them again to not loose customers, don't pay for prime as you never get the service your paying for shocking

Cancelled order after delivery slot had passed. Too late to go and get myself. Customer care not interested. Apologies don’t put the money back in the bank or replace goods. Useless what a way to run a business and ruin Morrisons name at the same time.

Usually haven't problem with Amazon delivery, untill I moved in 3rd floor. If I order groceries now I'll have to collect it from a street, driver always bring one item and then ask for help moaning about time and parking. I'm nice person and got some physic, I don't mind give them hand or more likely bring it up by myself. But today I had an emergency call when driver rang the bell I did let him in and then for 35 minutes he was keep ringing doorbell and Amazon called 6 times... Never bother walk up stairs and then left. Now I don't have my groceries for a dinner and rest of the week and when call Amazon I have been told that he couldn't find parking space and police won't let him park on street. Made me laugh... No police to be seen just empty Sunday street and massive empty carpark behind my house.... That's what I paying Prime for for years now! Got 5£ voucher but can't use it to pay Uber to go make my shopping now, great thanks Amazon!
