Morrisons, another partial delivery.
Missed around 35% of my order completely, delivery driver did not mention anything. This is the 2nd time it's happened, only this time round, arranging a refund took forever. Ended up speaking to customer services who asked me to state which items were missing after having filling out a list with checkboxes. No offer of any compensation, even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to recieve a gift card for the refund!!

Its just not convenient any more, back to an alternative for me.

This review is for Morrisons delivery only.
I have used them twice now and both times they have not delivered my food quoting ‘undeliverable’ and to please update my address including an access code.
I live in a block of flats which does not require an access code just a pair of eyes and a finger to ring my doorbell. I can also be contacted on my mobile phone
In the past 12 years I have had frequent deliveries from Amazon, Amazon Fresh, Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Iceland, Uber etc., etc and if I am remembering correctly, not one of these deliveries has failed to deliver.
They would not re deliver and informed me that I could have a full refund in 3-5 working days.
If I was living hand to mouth it would have been disastrous left with no food and no money.
I am so so angry.

Terrible, would never use Morrisons again. First delivery canceled for no reason, wanted to give them another chance, 2nd delivery 3 items wrong, no way of refunding.

This was ordered at 00:30 with a view to being delivered at 09:00-11:00 window.
I noticed that by 10:30 the status had only been marked as "Packed" It was never out for delivery. Meanwhile I contacted the customer services who said they had been advised there was a "tech issue" but still no update until finally, at 11:40 I received an email stating that I would hear from them again before 13:30. This never materialised.
I then decided I would cancel the order, seriously has anyone tried to cancel a Morrisons order through Prime? Well I want to save you the trouble, dont use the service.
In the end I had to telephone Amazon who then got in touch with Morrisons wno told Muhammed that I would hear from them before 14:30 with compensation. Yes I heard from them before 14:30 only to say "Sorry we have cancelled your order" There was no compensation of any sort, simply "tough luck mate I hope we didn't ruin your Friday too much" They did!
The outcome for me was to order from Iceland for same day delivery but this is not coming until 17:30 and so a complete Friday was wasted for absolutely nothing.
If you're still listening kids, I urge you not to use the Amazon Prime/Morrisons service as its touch and go whether it will arrive or not, and when it does not its "Ahh well"

Ordered Morrisons groceries to arrive between 10am and 11am. It's now 1pm and they are "unable to track my order" but have my money still. Crooks.

Had a delivery from Amazon Morrisons and the order came to £46.45 but when I checked my bank account £53.43 had been taken, i went onto the help section and passed onto some department and the answer that I received was that Amazon take an amount to make sure you have funds to pay for your order and this is then refunded, I have never had this with Amazon Morrisons orders before yet their representative says that it is a normal thing, has anyone else had this done.

I have been satisfied with Morrisons at Amazon for two years, now. A bit expensive and occasionally tardy, but, today they cancelled my entire order at 19:40 having had all night last night and all day today to prepare it. Back to Ocado for me as this is particularly shit service. Full refund offered (cheers for that, you didn't supply what I bought so the VERY least you could do) but no compensation for leaving me without my weeks shopping on a Saturday night.

Ordered 31 items at just over £90 and got approximately 11 items sent. They said they had packed and sent them, Amazon gave a full refund. Not the first time it's happend with orders from Morrisons..... avoid at all costs.

Ordered for first time, a £55 shop from Morrisons via Amazon.
Included 3 frozen ice cream items.
Driver arrived in a car, on a hot day, dumped packages outside my building. Sent me voicemail that he didn't come inside flats for his own safety. While he got the second lot of bags from his car I brought in an uninsulated bag and found totally melted goods. I brought them out to reject them. Driver smirked, dumped the other bags and left the melted ice cream on the ground while I took in the rest. He yelled at me that I had to bring the bags back outside as he hadn't scanned them. I refused, felt very intimidated. He sent threatening voicemails telling me he hadn't delivered, that I had stolen my shopping and he would call the police. I then got a text saying the police had been called.
He sat in his car outside for 40 minutes, during which time amazon email said my order was delivered, and I told amazon chat, then amazon customer service on the phone, how he was behaving. Intimidating and threatening customers over badly packed and inedible melted ice cream??? Thugs like him don't deserve the job. I'm disabled. I'm an older woman living alone. I've spent hours stressed, tearful and scared that I'll have the police at my door. Thanks Morrisons. Thanks Amazon. Scaring the hell out of vulnerable customers. Nice.

Ayrshire - No issues at all. Only 1 item out of 35 could not be substituted and also didnt have any substitutes. Unlike current order issues with asda which is why I tried Morrisons. Great packer, food fresh, great delivery.

Have generally been quite satisfied with Morrisons/Amazon, but a few things lately have really been annoying. I’ve noticed substitutions sneakily creeping in - today received a rye sourdough instead of a wholemeal one (I did not authorise this). Sometimes I have overlooked this, but no more! My 4 pints of milk arrived barely chilled in the same bag as a packet of rocket salad. The ice packs were surrounding the salad, not the milk. Why Morrisons workers insist on icing salad I have no idea. This happens all the time and I’m fed up with finding what should be fresh leaves quickly turning to slime. The ripe and ready kiwis feel as if they are about to turn to mush. What has really irked me today is that when I go on the review page I’m unable to complain because I’m stopped by a spinning circle. Obviously Morrisons don’t want to play ball today! I will say the frozen goods were packed perfectly - such a pity that carelessness has let them down. Oh, and by the way last week’s milk was off, but I was too late to do anything about it.

I placed an order because I was tired and couldn’t face going to shop in person, and had received a £15 voucher for having bought something on Amazon.
I didn’t get ten of the items that I was charged for and had been told were in the order! I need to go and shop in person….
When I complained via Amazon customer services I was asked if I’d be happy for the refunds to be an Amazon gift code! NO!
Don’t bother it’s easier to go and brave Aldi in person!

Started getting texts from 5;30am to say they are packing it. Given me a few minutes to swap items, while sleeping.
Swapped organic milk for Cravendale which is completely opposite of why you would buy organic. Dates were poor.

Placed an order from morrisons on Amazon and it was delivered today (23-4-2025) again I recieved out of date cooked meats, the entire order was absolutely dire, the quality of products was totally unacceptable. What are morrisons teaching their packers but they are delivering rubbish, and the foreign driver left our order in the street and left. We pay a premium to amazon for morrisons deliveries to our door. I can't complain about amazon's refunds when you get out of date goods, but they shouldn't even be on morrisons shelves.
I could say more but I'll leave it at that. Sort yourselves out morrisons and amazon stop employing crappy drivers.

And as others have said - placed an order, the website shows it being out for delivery, and then with no explanation I just get a message saying they were unable to deliver it, despite sending me messages to say I was next.

I now have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back from these scam artists - presumably this is all a con to get my funds into their bank account for a few days, because it can’t be any sort of actual delivery service when they don’t actually deliver anything. Crooks

With any number of other delivery services available there is no reason for me to ever use this awful Morrisons/Amazon team up again. So I won’t.

Waited for food to be delivered from Morrisons. 5 minutes before the delivery period ended (6pm to 8pm), they cancelled the order. They were less than 10 minutes away, according to tracking. So no delivery and need to wait 3-5 days for a refund.

Ordered through Amazon. Cancelled at the last minute. No explanation.

Why offer a service and fail to honour it?

The people who pack the items need a reduction in pay. I’m a housebound person who is sick and tired of having to spend money to get a few top up items only to find that they arrive not packed with ice, making them unsafe to eat.

They even delivered a tube of mayonnaise with no effing lid! Numpties is not the word I’d choose to use, but it’s the only word I can get away with without having my review taken down.

More than twice my Amazon Morrisons orders has been cancelled due to unavailable options. When speaking with Amazon they advised it was due to the subs being more, even though they charge your card extra for that reason. There isn’t a complete complains process either so unable to put in a full complaint.

It’s not good enough for the money you spend.

Never had a problem before with grocery delivery I use amazon morrisons or anazon fresh available in my area. It's great as I have chronic illness and can't always get out. Ordered some top up items yesterday for delivery between 4 and 6pm. They arrived at 5.30. None of the items were chilled or in insulated bags. They included ice cream and ice cream cones and two packets of frozen children's potato teddy faces which were packed alongside two bottles of bleach. All the chilled or frozen items were binned. Money refunded for items I requested but no apology for inconvenience (I have to find another delivery company now) or the waste of food. Whilst this amount of food wastage is so blatantly acceptable to amazon I will not be shopping with amazon grocery again.
