Excellent Products at Great Prices
Great service, great products, great communication and great delivery time. Always excellent quality products and they last forever. I have had a mystery bag also and received a lovely leather bracelet worth way more than the £10 I paid.
Will defo be shopping again here and recommend to everyone.

Don’t use them
Don’t use them - FRAUD
Bought a necklace more than a week ago. Nothing was communicated for over two days. 4 days later I’m told that they don’t have it in stock and what i want to do . I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting!

Bad Service high shipping cost and still waiting to receive the product
Ordered a necklace which also came with a €9 shipping cost and am still waiting over 3 weeks later. Every time I contacted them, they make an excuse or tell me that it was sent and that their emails must have “bounced back”?
No tracking or details on delivery or when I will receive this item, so I’m not sure what the high shipping cost is for?
Absolutely would not recommend this brand based on their service. Yet to see what the product is like, but based on one of the excuses they gave for why the shipping was delayed (because they didn’t like the quality of the ones they had) I am not optimistic.

Hi Emily , I'm really sorry for the delay and poor experience. Your order was returned from Irish customs, which caused the unexpected hold-up. We charge 9 Euros, which is less than what Royal Mail charge us for International postage.
I'm also investigating why our emails may not have reached you. The item was refunded including the postage cost. We never want to disappoint, and I completely understand your frustration. As a small firm we work very hard and we will learn from this, reviews are very important to us and I'm fortunate in ten years of business to have hundred of happy customers, so I am sorry for your experience.
