I ordered a ring as a present and despite paying for fast delivery within 2-3 days, it didn't arrive for over a week.
They gave a reason for the delay, which is fine, however having to chase up a 2nd time wasn't ideal.
I had to return the ring and the refund was processed within 4 working days.

I had a frustrating experience to begin with. I was told my payment hadn’t been received, even though the money had left my account. I had to contact my bank, get an ARN, and prove the payment had been made, only to find the issue was with the payment provider.

The order also arrived later than the advertised delivery time, and I had to chase for updates.

However, once everything was sorted, my necklace arrived and they included a free pair of pearl earrings as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated.

Overall, I’m happy with the jewellery, but the ordering process and communication need improving. Hopefully my experience was just a one-off.

Beautiful product, helpful customer service

This is a terrible company I email about order tryed to call nothing has been answered or up dated it was done 22 June and 3 days delivery 30 pound nothing come no tracking it's out of order I never use them again and I tell any one who asks if I don't here in next 24 hours I goubg to fraud

Finding the perfect ring was only half the journey. The other half was price, delivery and customer service. Normally I would be reluctant to purchase items like jewellery out of country but very glad I did with Thomas Edward Jewellers.

Really great experience with Thomas Edward Jewellers in the UK. I love the design of their mens onyx ring as well as the price! I checked with shipping and was surprised that they shipped fast and the cost was minimal. Customer service was great and the owner responded to any queries I had. I strongly recommend this online jewllery store and will definitely buy from them again.

As I previously stated. The worst experience I ever had! I still don’t have the item I ordered! Apparently delivery arrived 2 weeks after the purchase! Even though I paid for a fast delivery! Both my husband and I were at work when delivery apparently arrived. I’ve got the photo “evidence” that was delivered with the dodgy signature that for certain is not mine as we were at work!!! The business owner never took responsibility for late delivery or for the entire fiasco with delivery! Not only I lost the money I never got what I ordered from this person. Communication was poor! I would avoid this business! Don’t buy from them! The fact they say they responded to me with in 3 hours it’s not true. I reached out to them on any possible channel I could to chase my delivery that didn’t arrived with in 3 day as selected. At first they said they don’t have my order at all and that’s it. They offered another items I said it’s okay if I get that on time! Never arrived! The whole situation is absolute mess. I still don’t have the item or the refund after almost a month from the date I placed the order!

Lovely little silver cross and chain…disappointed with the box it came in, but all in all a good experience

I purchased a pair of gold earrings (priced at nearly £200) from this jeweller, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The earrings arrived in a very cheap, unpresentable box, which was unsuitable for gifting. After contacting them, they did send a better box, describing it as a “gesture of goodwill,” but this should have been the standard given the price point.

More concerning was that the earrings were advertised as 3mm in width, but in reality measured only around 1.6mm—almost half the stated size. Initially, I was told I could not return the item, but once I raised this discrepancy, they quickly agreed to a refund, stating that the measurements were only “approximate.”

Even then, the refund process was slow and frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times over the course of more than two weeks before the refund was finally issued in full.

Overall, a poor experience. I would not recommend.

I hate giving negative reviews but feel buyers should be aware of my experience. Firstly, I placed my order for a pair of 9ct gold sleeper earrings on 1st Feb. These were eventually sent out on 13th Feb, following several emails questioning when I would receive the item. When the earrings eventually arrived I was very disappointed at the quality - they were very thin, had uneven hinged arms and I could find no hallmark, even looking through a magnifying glass, despite the earrings being advertised as hallmarked. I contacted Thomas Edward Jewellers to advise them of my issues with the earrings and was then told they were a non returnable item. When placing the order I checked their refunds policy on earrings, indeed their website advertised free returns on the very page that was selling the earrings. At no point was I warned that earrings were non returnable. I was extremely unhappy and after various emails back and forth, they did accept the return for which I am grateful. The purpose of my review is to make other buyers aware of their returns policy on earrings as it is very misleading and I do not want other customers to be caught out.

When it arrived in a cheap nasty bent box, the chain was so badly knotted in 2 places I had to buy a new chain, the cross is lovely but the care, pre checks and presentation was awful
