Ordered a strap, to which the Royal Mail tracking number was not working. Emailed them and got a reply from "Martyn" from customer services who said this exactly and reassured me:

"Hi Sean,

I’ve also checked the tracking and can see an issue with Royal Mail. I’ll raise the issue now and get to the bottom of it.

Please don’t panic as we’ll get this sorted"

I placed the order on 5th of April, he sent me that reply on the 8th of April when I mentioned I never received the item and the tracking info was not working.

Since then, I have NOT received my strap, and since that email where he assured me to sort this out, I have sent 4 follow up emails asking for a refund as the strap has never arrived. All of which, has been met with silence.

This company has taken my money, not sent any proper tracking info, the product has not arrived, and they are totally ignoring any emails I have sent (they don't have any phone numbers to call them with either which is handy).

Total scammers and I would stay away from these. Not sure I will ever get my money back that they are just holding hostage.

The straps are fine,but, too short!

Within about 15mins of the order for my two watchstraps I received a 'dispatched' email, saying it was sent by Royal Mail 1st class mail. Obviously I didn't expect Royal Mail to deliver on time, they've been pretty useless in recent times. However, first thing the next morning, there were the watchstraps. Thank you WSS and, I have to admit, Royal Mail post too, they surprised me!

As advertised and on time, which is important for a watch strap!

The watch strap link came apart after two days of wearing and the Apple watch came off and dropped to the ground, fortunately without either damage or loss. This was not a cheap watch-strap.

So - I reported the problem in a review response and also to their customer service contact point. Several working days have passed and so far no acknowledgement, or response, from them.

The link in question is, in my view, of an inherently insecure design, so I replaced it with a standard Apple spring-bar arrangement and it’s now fine.

The product and service were impressive.

With those kind of enthusiasm, I’m looking forward to come back and visit WSS again.

First class service and an excellent strap which was exactly what I was looking for. Looks good, feels good.

The strap arrived promptly, however it is already showing signs of wear at the end.

There are a lot of strap sellers online ranging from "inexpensive" to "How much!?!". I have a 1960's Bulova Accutron in stainless steel that needed something a bit better than the basic straps on offer in the high street.
The strap I bought was reasonably priced, the sizing was as advertised and arrived very quickly. Fitting was straightforward. The look and feel on the wrist is excellent. All in all I am pretty pleased.
