Not received order
To say that I am disappointed with this company is an understatement. My order was placed on the 19th May and I have still not received anything. I have emailed 4 times requesting a refund and have had no response.
For a business you should be ashamed of the service you are providing. Not only are not sending orders to customers, you are withholding refunds. It's an absolute disgrace!

Lovely jewellery, unfortunately I was sent the wrong item. I couldn’t find a contact number to inform someone of the mistake so had to email and wait for a response. The problem was solved as soon as email received and the correct product was dispatched immediately before incorrect one was returned. I would happily purchase again.

terrible service
Ordered earrings PEG136756 on May 20th and still not received order. Emailed company 3 times and not received any response. There is no contact number on the website but managed to find a phone number . Phoned and left a message twice and still no reply !!
I paid extra for fast delivery but that has not worked !!
If there is no communication how can they operate.
Suprised they have any customers.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by this order.
Having checked the tracking information, it appears that your original parcel was dispatched but was unfortunately lost in transit. As the earrings are now out of stock, we were unable to send a replacement and therefore processed a full refund at the beginning of this month.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear back in the original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
We also sincerely apologise for our lack of communication. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive responses to your emails and phone messages while waiting for your order. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are sorry that we let you down on this occasion.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

They are very efficient & I got my order delivered in 3 days as they said I would. The bracelets are of a very high quality & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family & friends. 😊

I never received my bracelet as Royal Mail delivered to wrong Address and was never traced. Still awaiting refund.

Dear Mr Vincent,
Thank you for your patience while we looked into this for you.
Royal Mail have confirmed that the GPS location recorded for the device used to take the delivery photo matches your address. This leaves us in a very difficult position, as the information provided to us shows the parcel as having been delivered correctly.
The second issue, is that now that the review has been placed on Trustpilot, it may lead other customers not as genuine as yourself to question delivery photographs and demand refunds for items they have actually received, we are vulnerable to scams in a daily basis.
Even so, as a gesture of goodwill, we will refund your item, despite Royal Mail not offering us any compensation because they maintain that the parcel was delivered to the correct address.
If the parcel is found or there are any honest people out there who return the parcel to its rightful address, please let me know I’m sure you will appreciate missing parcels are a huge hit to small companies like ours.
I do hope you can see this from our point of view, and I apologise that it has taken so long to resolve this matter.

Your order was dispatched on time from us, however it looks like there has unfortunately been a delay with Royal Mail, which is completely out of our control. That said, we absolutely understand that this doesn’t make the situation any less disappointing for you.

I ordered a Silver and Rose gold Snaffle Bracelet as a Christmas present. Ordering via The Pegasus Jewellery website was easy, and l took delivery within three days, which given the time of year was very impressive. The quality of the item was first class, and much appreciated and loved by the recipient.
My only criticism would be that the materials used were a little thin, and l would have liked a little more weight to the item. But that’s a personal view. Given the quality of the bracelet, the price and the discount offered as a first time customer, l have no hesitation is giving Pegasus Jewellery 5 Stars.
I will be definitely be purchasing again.

I’ve bought multiple pieces from Pegasus and they are all absolutely beautiful! The trio stirrup necklace is my absolute favourite and everything is really reasonably priced. Fantastic small business!

A fabulous small company, and I have purchased three bracelets and two sets of earrings, each time being delighted with my purchases.
A couple of times I have contacted customer services with questions, which have always been promptly replied to. Moreover, when I lost part of a bracelet (my own fault), the missing part was quickly despatched to me.
