Speaking to Sarah this morning, I could not locate the tyre size, I looked everywhere, instead of just letting me fail Sarah asked me to send an image of the tyre over, she spotted it straight away. It's nice that someone takes a little extra time to deal with an issue, thank you

Lukas and Lizzie managed to pull the impossible out of the bag! My own car died unexpectedly last week leaving me completely stuck. Whilst I'd planned to move to a salary sacrifce car for my next replacement I wasn't expecting to have to do it on no notice. Lukas however managed to find me the exact car I wanted on a short turnaround, and even negotiated a discount with the dealer for me. Lizzie is now working on getting that to me as quickly as possible - weeks rather than the normal months. I can't thank you both enough!
