While I spend a lot of time looking into the tiny fraction of potential issues we come across (to make sure we're doing things right and offering the best service we possibly can), I do sometimes miss responding to positive comments like this :-)

Shocking, Passive-Aggressive Service
Shocking service. They made an error in activating a repayment schedule, then repeatedly bombarded me with debt collection massages even before the repayments were due to start. All unlawful, but that didn't appear to concern them.
They then constantly ignored questions and simply sent the same passive-aggressive template communications peppered with inaccuracies.
The complaints team served no purpose and just adopted the same stance. I don't think the complaints manager was a native English speaker, which certainly didn't help. I think a lot of the service side is outsourced to India.
Unfortunately, the credit agreement was finalised months in advance, so I didn't have the option to bail out.
Be warned!
