I really don’t understand why a loan…
I really don’t understand why a loan was approved and contract signed but yet to be disbursed hours after contract was signed. This is pathetic.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration with the timing of the loan disbursement.
We would like to clarify: your loan was completed in 3 hours from when we received your application until you have signed the contract on Friday afternoon. As explained in our loan payout policy (see our FAQs / loan application process page), once the contract is signed after 1pm on a weekday, the funds are released by noon the next working day.
In your case, the payment was successfully processed and paid into your account on Monday morning.
We understand how stressful waiting for funds can be, and we apologise that the timing caused inconvenience.

Admin fee is ridiculous given the interest rate on the loan agreement. This is the highest interest payday loan I’ve ever taken out, and it’s the only one with a £60 admin fee. Which is also non-refundable. Won’t be using again.

Our interest rates are set to cover our operational costs, and any profits are reinvested into the business to enhance our services.
