Lucas was extremely helpful, guiding me through what I needed to know and on choosing my next EV Lease car. He had an open approach by illustrating what was possible but allowing me the time and space to decide my own next steps. Lucas helped me navigate a Skoda "build up tour own car" on their website to show how easy it was to produce choices for a shortlist (I haven't done this before): the practical advice on what to do once I had a shortlist was also beneficial.....as I changed my mind a few times before deciding on the Coupe which I have just ordered!

When really did need some help I reached out to a employee "Nicola Broughton" was her name, she took the time to follow up on older emails, that I'm sure she didn't have to, but went the extra mile to make a bad situation a bit better & really appreciate when a corporate employee makes a move like that.
