I recently spoke with one of Novuna’s advisors, Nick, to request a three-month extension to my current lease to coincide with the delivery of my replacement vehicle.

Nick was extremely helpful in arranging the extension through the Collections team. He was professional, courteous and helpful throughout the call, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

After initially using the wrong process to order an in-stock car, I was faced with an estimated five-month wait, which was really disappointing given my circumstances.

Thankfully, I contacted the In Stock Orders team and was supported by Lizzie Long, who has been absolutely exceptional. She listened, understood my situation and guided me through the process with honesty and clarity throughout.

Novuna provides the best customer service that I have received for a long time. There is never a long waiting time to speak with a human being, and they are always very polite and do their best to reassure and help (Ashley Moon was great today, FYI).

An administrative error occurred in relation to the end of my contract, but the team at Novuna (particularly Natasha Rowe) have been highly responsive, transparent and effective in resolving the issue in a way that makes me feel that I have been a valued customer.

In these times of chatbots and AI, Novuna has gone the opposite way and created a warm and efficient customer experience that would make me want to use them again and again, and to recommend them highly.

Called to make a final payment, dealt with Michelle Bell, who was very helpful and proficient. Overall painless experience.

Worst company to deal with, no idea how they have a 4.9 rating as they completely incompetent. Avoid at all cost.

Throughout my car lease, have not had any issues with the management of the lease. Regular updates on collections are provided so that you're fully aware of what's been collected and when.
I no longer have the lease car, but would highly recommend their services.
