Novuna provides the best customer service that I have received for a long time. There is never a long waiting time to speak with a human being, and they are always very polite and do their best to reassure and help (Ashley Moon was great today, FYI).

An administrative error occurred in relation to the end of my contract, but the team at Novuna (particularly Natasha Rowe) have been highly responsive, transparent and effective in resolving the issue in a way that makes me feel that I have been a valued customer.

In these times of chatbots and AI, Novuna has gone the opposite way and created a warm and efficient customer experience that would make me want to use them again and again, and to recommend them highly.

Just want to say a massive thanks to Kate Swift for her help on multiple issues today. Kate is excellent and her knowledge has helped me on many fronts today. Great work Kate - Thanks you!!

Worst company to deal with, no idea how they have a 4.9 rating as they completely incompetent. Avoid at all cost.

My experience has been very positive, they keep you updated every 2 weeks. When I spoke to any of the team members they were very friendly, professional and helpful

Ash Moon managed my query efficiently and professionally despite an error on my side.
Throughout my car lease, have not had any issues with the management of the lease. Regular updates on collections are provided so that you're fully aware of what's been collected and when.
I no longer have the lease car, but would highly recommend their services.

A couple of portal issues, but Lizzie Long was fantastic in working with me to put a competitive quotation together which worked for my circumstances.
