Short Notice Urgent Job
Had an urgent job to repair a slow leaking Tyre. It was short notice, and they were fully booked but they found a way to get it done that day. The staff were very understanding and helped on atimely basis and went out of their way to get it done .

Took my Barina in for a service
Took my Barina in for a service, turns out rats had made a home in the air intake, not only did the team be entirely honest and upfront but they ordered all the parts same day and booked my appointment for me to get it all fixed up. Barely took a day and they were also kind enough to let me keep my car there overnight due to work commitments. Couldnt recommend enough, transparency and honesty is something to be admired and the customer service could not be faulted. Car is running good as gold. One hundred percent recommend.

WOW!
Wow, what a good service in Braddon, Canberra!
We had a loss of pressure in the left rear tyre of our rental car. Road Assistance checked and discovered a screw in the tyre. Wayne and his team were able to offer us an appointment on the same day and repaired the damage in 20 minutes. And because it was a hire car, he did it for free. Many thanks again!

Super helpful
Super helpful, did a great job servicing my car, when I noticed an issue after leaving the garage (due to a previous repair job, not an issue caused by these guys) that hadn’t been fixed they were able to get me in the next day and fixed it free of charge. Absolutely incredible

Was met with an aggressive and abusive front of office representative who has issues with smartfleet, the my car customer service line and using the computer. Thought he would take it out on me. First and last time I will ever go here.
