Men's sizing for kids clothes 🤦♀️
It's very confusing sizing on the scouts uniform. These are sized in MENS sizes, not children's. My son is 11. He is nowhere near mens sizes! Neither are the rrest of their group. My son tried on a "s" which buried him and had taken the tag off (beause he's a child!) So its not returnable. Very frustrating. Why can the smaller sizes not be listed with a children's equivalent size?

As you can appreciate, not everyone of the same age is necessarily the same size, therefore we recommend you measure your child or a similar item of clothing they currently wear to better understand what size they require. We have included measurements in the specification sections of each garment for your assistance.
However, if you're still unsure about which size would be best, we can provide actual garment measurements, which include wearing ease. If this is still required please do get in touch with us at customer.services@scouts.org.uk
With regards to your return please include the tag in the parcel as long as the item is in its original packaging and in a clean, resalable condition, this can be returned for an exchange or refund.

Easy to order, nice first purchase discount, glad all the profits go back into scouts. I was very pleased with the Treck first aid kit - compact yet had all the necessities along with a little extra room to add in personal things. The tick remover I was a little disappointed as I thought it came with both the Keychain tweezers and the tick remover card as indicated on the photos on website but only tweezers came. Not a big issue though and I am happy with the fast delivery and overall great experience purchasing from the scout store.

Beavers to Cubs
My son is swimming up from Beavers to Cubs to join his sister. I was advised to order his jumper in preparation. Despite the website informing shoppers they were moving warehouse the jumper arrived in excellent time and as a bonus they provided free shipping for any possible inconvenience. This is a sure fire way to keep customers very happy! Additionally, regular updates and a driver that actually made sure the parcel was in my hands. Absolutely 5 🌟 Always so helpful and professional.
