Beavers to Cubs
My son is swimming up from Beavers to Cubs to join his sister. I was advised to order his jumper in preparation. Despite the website informing shoppers they were moving warehouse the jumper arrived in excellent time and as a bonus they provided free shipping for any possible inconvenience. This is a sure fire way to keep customers very happy! Additionally, regular updates and a driver that actually made sure the parcel was in my hands. Absolutely 5 🌟 Always so helpful and professional.

Your delivery partner (DHL) let you down stating they would deliver on the 26th May, then messaging on that date to say they would deliver on 27th.
I was invited to change the delivery to a collection from their depot which I did and they confirmed. Next morning 27th they said it was out for delivery.
I collected in person from their depot only for them to send me a message saying they had delivered... poor communication from DHL

Shipping costs 5 times higher
Shipping costs changed considerably (5 times higher!) after the order was confirmed and paid.
