Your delivery partner (DHL) let you down stating they would deliver on the 26th May, then messaging on that date to say they would deliver on 27th.
I was invited to change the delivery to a collection from their depot which I did and they confirmed. Next morning 27th they said it was out for delivery.
I collected in person from their depot only for them to send me a message saying they had delivered... poor communication from DHL

Shipping costs changed considerably (5 times higher!) after the order was confirmed and paid.

Please feel free to shop online and have goods delivered to your home, our returns are free so if you're unsure about which size would be best, you may wish to purchase a few different sizes and can then send back to us free of charge.
Not quite right number of badges
There was a mistake - you sent me 1 less Scouts Creative challenge award than I ordered and 1 more personal challenge than ordered.
