We placed a large order for personalised hoodies which were delivered quickly once the order went through.
Great quality items which we're really pleased with.
The information published online regarding volume discounts was slightly misleading and would benefit from re-wording to make it clear that discounts only apply to the exact same item (I.e. not a combination of hoodies and Zipped hoodies). This was clarified by customer services but would have been helpful to know before we started compiling orders with our team.

I've only received half of my order ! I can understand when you are buying something that is personalised and needs more time spent on that product but what I ordered was straight off the shelf and didn't need any personalisation doing to it, so why haven't I received the t-shirt?
