They are there when I need them
They are there when I need them. However, they are also there if I don't need them. Sometimes the beeper goes off for no apparent reason.

Customer service
I have a lot of trouble with your customer service. Trying to get someone to understand my problem, impossible. Now a real live person actually talked to me and is sending me a new unit. Now when will this ever come. I hope I don't have to return unit. Because I have surgery tomorrow and won't be able to send it back.

New device, working great!
Recently signed up/got my device & so far, so good. Agents have been really nice, very patient & understanding. Device seems to work well & I have not had any need or emergency to use it. Expect it to function as intended if/when I ever need it. Security is most important especially being alone. Seems a decent investment.

Mistake in billing
Mistake in billing. Was being billed for $9 for an emergency device to use away from home. Because it wasn’t practical, I returned it.

What I do not like about this service.
I truly detest the marketing/upselling calls I receive under the guise of calls to ensure that I am testing. I have expressed this to reps and been assured that I "would be taken off the upselling call list" but that does not happen. I also hate the recent implementation of auto calls through the device to remind/prompt me to test. I TEST! Once a month. On my schedule, not yours! These things feel disrespectful and patronizing to me and probably others as well. I suggest you find a new and less intrusive approach.

I haven’t had to use the service so I don’t know much. The time your team was trying to figure out why my device wasn’t working as well as it had been and they accidentally made an alert, the system worked perfectly. The emts came and my son and daughter-in-law were notified. It was too bad that happened, but got to see how the entire process worked. We were impressed!! Thank you for your service!!

Customer service almost non-existent
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I made several phone calls, several email messages, over several days, then I gave up for a while..... nothing works. It's like they were wonderful until they got the money. Well, I didn't buy into this only for them to get money. I have a 92 year old parent that I'm concerned about. If they can't solve simple non-emergency issues, I fear that they can't perform well when time really matters.
