Disappointed
Recurring problems of sending notifications to my emergency contact at all hours of the day and night. When I call for my monthly check, when my battery is low, when I accidentally push the button and when you update your systems. After 3 attempts, you still haven't solved this issue.
Most importantly, it takes much to long for an emergency specialist to answer.

Why do we continue to get phone calls. One rep called saying we owed $20.00. Are you kidding me. My credit card was charged $561.35 & $110.00 and was paid on 08/10/26. According to my records. We are not going to pay an additional $20.00..

Polite when I’m called by them
Polite when I’m called by them. Even when I need to cancel for a mistake call. Sometimes the alert seems very sensitive and I’m not aware I’ve engaged it. They call my daughter at times when I’m not aware it’s pinged. I wear hearing aids so miss the alert notice.

A constant comfort.
It's a comfort knowing I can get help with any physical problem. I like that a call is sent to my daughter when my alert is sent. Only one problem I had. My alert did not answer me; instead gave me a phone call. I don't always have my phone with me. So, giving daughter a call solved problem until she got to me.My constant companion

We've been using MA for several years
We've been using MA for several years. It's been great. They are quick on responses. It's great to know that even when mom is left alone, they are there on the other end if something happens & they will notify the family in a very timely manner.
The representatives are always courteous when you need to call in or if the emergency button is pushed.
They make you feel like you matter. I would highly recommend MA for your needs.

Watch does not monitor correctly. Several mixed ups on what it can do. In general very useless unless you fall often oh wait the watch does not have that feature ,! You have to pay more and buy the necklace thingy
