System is very good for seniors like me…
System is very good for seniors like me who live alone, are a fall risk and need peace of mind in an emergency. I do not have a car and no longer drive, walk with a walker and have no way to escape in an emergency. My Medical Alert gives me help in the event of a fall, fire, or other serious event. Easy to use.

Status Report is my title.
Medical Alert is just that....alert! They have always responded to my calls. I found that I didn't need the fall pendant! It was striking my sternum every time I stood up when I used it! That resulted in false calls which I didn't like any more than the guys who responded to them. Other than that, all is well.

Took a very long time to disconnect the old unit, I was on the line for 40+ minutes, then got disconnected. Then I just unplugged the unit and it beeped for over an hour. Still have not received the new one????

I was contacted by you to update my account. I called and was told I had a balance for the lockbox. I asked why no invoice was sent to my email. No answer. I asked for the invoice to be sent and I would pay it online. I still haven’t received it
