They Keep Billing and Harassing Us
UPDATE - 10/10/2026
I have received yet another email invoice (on Saturday). So I called the number on the number and the office is closed. This account was and is CLOSED. I can't help it if you don't keep accurate records. Leave me and my family alone!!!
While the service was used, it was fine . . . then they sent a new wearable device. The device was too large for my mom's arm, and because it was re-designed, it wouldn't fit the velcro bracelet of the old device, so my mom couldn't wear it. The neck hanging device wouldn't work because my mom kept banging it against stuff and it would go off. There was no solution. So we (I) cancelled her service.
This is where are confusing for me. I got a bill for another $40+ . I explained the service was cancelled. Now my mom is dying, in assisted living and I have a SECOND bill for $90+ . . . They won't go away. They won't accept my written cancellation via email and want a phone call.
RUN, RUN away from this group. Anyone who would bill a dying woman because of inept administration, then harass the family is not to be trusted.

Service worked readily when I fell
I used it during a fall. All worked well . My family had to disconnect it to return it. Wish there were instructions on machine to deactivate it . they called to disengage the help message. Rep quickly helped .

I keep getting requests for testing
I keep getting requests for testing, even in the middle of the night! I called once to complain and was told to hold down the button for a full three seconds. But WHEN should I hold down the button? and which button is being refered to - the little "x" marked on that shows on the SOS screen or the button on the face of the watch I have to push to get the time?

It works fine, but it's so sensitive that even a slight knock on the countertop triggers an alert.

Responds to accidental bumpings…
Responds to accidental bumpings immediately, so I know a real emergency would get fast attention. Reported to my daughter went the battery ran low once. So that keeps me alert.
