I hit the call button by accident. The woman that came on the line was pleasant. When I told her I hit it by accident she was very helpful in disconnecting the message from the ET's answering my call.

Great response service, but my Mike device frequently displays low battery even when I've charged it.5

So far I haven't needed it. Sometimes it is hard to get it to charge.

I was just checking my equipment All went well.

Rose was helpful when I started this program, and I still call her if I have a problem. If the alert goes off by accident, I can cancel it.

The Customer Service Team makes calls to you to make sure that both you are doing well and that the device is operating correctly. They will even stay on the phone line while you test the device. Each person whom has reached out to me has patience, is kind and courteous over the phone.

The watch does not work well for her. She does not know when it is going live.

I bumped pendant several times. They were right there. I had cancel immediately

I bought this for my parents. After my father’s death, it became obvious your business model is to take advantage of the elderly. You never have repaid me for the non use of 10 months. Even though you knew my father had died, in the next year you still charged me as though he was alive. When this was pointed out to you, it took forever to be repaid. And you still owe me $90 for the time my father did not use the alert. He died in December 2024. That is my experience with you. You take advantage of the elderly.

I only use it once in a whole year, but when I used it at the fire department was here in a couple minutes took me to hospital. It works very happy with it.

I sent this email and never received a response:

Hello-
I am contacting you on behalf of my mother. She pays a great deal of money for her service with you to keep her safe, as she has had several recent falls. Her alerts will go off when she is doing simple tasks, however it did not sound during her last two falls - one of which was this morning. Luckily she was conscious and able to call for help.

My other concern is she says she can't wear it most of the day because it is taking 12 hours to charge. I just received this information. This system seems very ineffective if she can't wear it during the day when she is moving around the house.

We were very thankful she had this device when she fell a few weeks ago, and was able to contact the fire department for help. I am concerned that she paid nearly $1000 this year for a service that works sporadically. Considering her life could depend on this device working it was very unnerving to me today that a fall to the pavement did not create a call for help.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

My husband fell in our home so he pressed his button on his necklace. They responded immediately and the firemen were called and they helped him stand up. So grateful.

Gentlemen were prompt, courtesy and thoughtful.
It is a comfort to know they are always available in an emergency
